The delivery was appropriately swift. The smoothie was fine, made to order, and so was the teriyaki brown rice... but the "energy cookie" was not the one I was expecting (the natural chewy one with honey and oats they used to have) instead, I received a disgusting, inedible oatmeal "Muffins 'n Stuff" cookie that is nothing but sugar and preservatives, something you could find in any gas station or bodega. Meh.

Yes, it's a gym cafe - but it's good! The juices are exceptionally well blended and very, very fresh. Plus $4.95 for a true 16-oz. fresh juice is a great price in NYC. I have had the turkey burger as well and it is thick, well prepared and well-seasoned. It doesn't break new ground for burgers, but it is consistently good and made of high quality ingredients. So for a healthy, affordable and simply tasty lunch, the Green Power Cafe is a solid yes.
