Hale & Hearty Soups (54th/Lex)

Albeit their soups are delicious, the service is HORRENDOUS! Every time we order from this restaurant it takes 1.5 - 2.0 hours for our food to get delivered & the orders aren't even that large. How long does it take to prepare 2 soups, a small salad, & sandwich??? Then the confirmation email reads that estimated delivery is 30-45 minutes. Then when you call an hour after having placed your order you're told that it JUST went out, sorry. No we're sorry but we've mentioned this to everyone in our company never to order from this place again - EVER!!!!

it takes them 2 1/2 hours to deliver a few soups 2 blocks from the store, basically you have to order at 9 am to get the soup at 12

Overpriced soups, horrendous service - having to wait 2 hours+ for delivery and being told "5 more minutes" every time you call to check up on the order is unacceptable, especially when they are located 2 blocks away.

Delivery can be a bit slow during rush hours, so order early! The prices seem steep for soup, but the flavors are good and for the most part very filling. Many flavors are delicious but I wish they would offer the Asparagus, Potato and Leek more often!

HORRIBLE DELIVERY TIME! Over one-hour late. Placed order at 12:05pm - latest expected time 12:50pm - called 1:13pm to check on order and they were just starting to pack it!!! Finally delivered at 1:57pm! Tasty soup but not worth the long wait. H&H is literally in the same building as my office. I suggest you place your order the day before.

Tomato Soup: Not great. Salad with Tuna: Less good than the soup. Smoked turkey and brie sandwich: absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.

Order forgot crackers (which I had to pay extra for - not included in combo). Apple ordered was so heavily bruised I could not eat it. Soup and sandwhich though were great!

While the food is good, it is VERY EXPENSIVE for a soup/Sandwich Combo. Also the minimum delivery of $16 is INSANE and NOT worth it.

Worst customer service ever.I had my salad delivered with no dressing and when i called to ask for some dressing they said they don't have anyone to deliver so they couldn't fix their mistake.never ordering from them again.they are not reliable.

You should call them to confirm your order if you have any special instructions because they dont pay attention to the instructions you provide online
