Hale & Hearty Soups (Broad St.)

I am not sure why Hale & Hearty REPEATEDLY messes-up my order. ALWAYS an ingredient missing in the salad, I've even gotten the wrong sandwich. Why? Why! Why!? It cannot be too difficult to read the seamless order and put the right ingredients into the salad. Or am I being unreasonable? Are my expectations too high? What I do know is that I cannot deal with this anymore. This is a warning to others who order from Hale & Hearty through seamless, expect them to get your order wrong!

Soups are great and they deliver on time- I wish they baked their cookies daily because they're usually stale.

The soup is delicious! And the delivery is impeccable. I order from here a lot with folks from work and we always receive hot soup. The only reason I knocked a star off is because the wait time is usually over an hour, but that's probably because the soup is so amazing. Thanks Hale and Hearty!

I'm giving one star, because the food isn't terrible, and I needed to give at least one star to be able to leave a review. We order via seamless for lunch meetings, at times for 12 or more people. Of course leaving an item out from time to time is expected with such a big order. But this place is ALWAYS late. Today they called about a substitution 1 hour after I placed the order. It was still being prepared an hour after I had ordered. That is ridiculous. 1 1/2 hours after I ordered the food was delivered. BTW, did I mention this place is located right across the street from our office? Ridiculous. Hale & Hearty is now officially BLACKLISTED as an option for all future lunch meetings.

Delivery estimate was 30-45 min for a cup of soup. After an hour I called and they said they were bagging it up then. It finally arrived 1.5 hours after my order was placed

I got the special soup which was supposed to be some Tomato and Basil soup. It was basically pasta sauce. It was hardly edible. They are often very late in their delivery

Hale & Hearty regularly makes you wait 2 hours or more for delivery. NEVER AGAIN! 5 -8 Dollars for a thimble of soup just isn't worth the aggravation.

Chicken noodle soup had too much noodles and not enough broth or chicken meat. Most their healthy soups aren't as tasty as the ones they don't bother offering nutritional info.

i love the brocolli cheddar soup and the chicken club sandwich. sometime they are slow at lunch time but it's worth the wait.

i can't believe I ordered here again. last time they forgot all crackers and bread for 6 people. today email reply from them said 30 to 45 minutes and it took an hour and 35 minutes and after all that they even left out one of the salads. forget these people and the food isn't special anyhow
