Hong Kong Chef has some good cheap Chinese food. Their combination plates are especially great value and are not skimpy on the meat of the combination orders. I was disappointed that there is an extra $1 charge to have your dish prepared with white meat (poultry items), but was satisfied upon trying it. I had the Gen Tso's Chicken made with white meat only, and it was very good Not too deep of a fry and the sauce had a nice spice. I also ordered the dumplings, which I would advise anyone to avoid. They were pretty awful and not prepared like any other Chinese restaurant that I have tried, and I love dumplings. They were almost more like pot-stickers, but I had no idea what the filling was made out of, which was dry and tasted like chalk. I rated 3 stars for doing well on the main dish, but I'd be very wary on their dim sum items.
