Illuzion (NJ)

I've been ordering from Illuzion once a week for about 3-4 months now. The food is always consistently good and delivered on time. The bento box lunch special can't be beat. The dinner entree portions are enormous. I can't say anything bad about them.

All of the sushi I have had from Illuzion is good, and their deliveries are generally on time. The only reason I can't give five stars is because everything seems a little dryer (yes, less moist) when ordered from Illuzion than from other nearby restaurants, and I don't quite like it as much that way. It could be how the rice is made, or for all I know the fish is actually better prepared, but it is what it is!

Just ordered from here, Entire order was wrong.. tried telling me I was the one who placed the order wrong... food got here cold and disgusting, needless to say i will not be ordering from here anymore

Placed an order & due to some sort of restaurant staffing issues, the delivery guy and/or someone else decided that my address is too far & my order was canceled. Note to restaurant - YOU negotiated your own delivery zone. You cant up & decide that u don't feel like making a delivery on a random Saturday, regardless of the reason. Its called customer service. Had they called to say delivery was delayed due to short staffing, I would have completely understood. Receiving a call from a giggling, unapologetic person to tell me that the customer will now be inconvenienced because they have staff issues is ridiculous. 2 star rating due to the fact that when an order / delivery actually comes, the food is decent.

The sashimi lunch special has the same great sashimi cuts as eating-in. Unbeatable delivery took a record 10 min during lunch! I'm about 10 blocks away.

Service was horrible and when we called when food was over an hour late. The restaurant said that when you order on seamless web you need to call in or the order will not be on time. HORRIBLE!!

I Just got my sushi, it's horrible!!! it's dry to a point that the rice is hard and crusty! It looks like something that's been sitting out all day long. iw ill never order from this restaurant EVER again. i am not going to eat my food because i don't want to get sick form eating BAD SUSHI!

My favorite sushi place in town. Every now and then the quality isn't consistent, but 95% of the time it's fresh and yummy. And on time.
