I never write reviews, but felt I had to stick up for the customer service of this place. We did a delivery order that, true, arrived without one of the things we had ordered and included meatballs, which we didn't order. They apologized profusely, within a short time had the salad to our house, which, of course, they comped. I can't give 5 stars yet because the mistake did happen. But I felt they were on it in a second and handled it as well as I'd expect. Surprised to hear people had such negative experiences, but maybe it shows they are learning and working to do it right!

I really tried to like this place. The pizza is fairly tasty. But they are incapable of delivery. I have given it a few tries because my wife likes it. It always takes forever even though I am 2 blocks away. Last time I ordered is called after 90 minutes and they had no record of the order. This time the delivery guy handed me the box dented and covered in grease. I opened it to find the entire pizza in one corner. I called to ask for a replacement and THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THEM A PICTURE OF THE CONDITION OF THE PIE!! I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was in the kitchen cooking? The restaurant is always empty, they can not deliver. I can't imagine it will be open much longer.

Food was tasty but arrived cold. They have not yet mastered delivering in NYC on a rainy day. Plan your ordering accordingly.

Ok, let's see...not one to usually write reviews but need to voice my concerns. Paid for salad, then they upsell you to add dressing to the salad for $3.50? This isn't for an ADDITIONAL dressing but for the first dressing - talk about nickel and diming customers. Now for the pizza: we ordered 3 pizzas - cheese. 2) mushroom/onion 3) pepperoni. The cheese pizza was just that - cheese. I wasn't aware when I ordered the pizza wouldn't have sauce - it's not clear on the menu or the description there's no tomato sauce. The mushroom/onion was "ok" - the crust was good but just didn't have a flavorable taste' actually it was very, very bland. The pepperoni pizza was ground up pepperoni - not slices like I'm used to. Maybe that's something they do in Vermont where this place came from but not here in NYC. The pizza did taste "healthy" but honestly, when I order pizza I don't want a healthy pizza - I want a good, hot, juicy slice of NYC pizza - which this is NOT. I think these guys should move back to Vermont and rethink how they prepare their pizza to New Yorkers - honestly, it's just not worth it.

Small pizza took 1 hour to be delivered (only a few blocks away) and the pizza was COLD and tough. Tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave oven and cooled again. VERY disappointed.
