This place gets a bad rap in reviews for some reason. I have ordered from them dozens of times. While they have occasionally run a bit late and I have had one or two mistakes, I don' t think the incidence of those things is any higher than anywhere else - and any mistakes have been swiftly and graciously corrected. More importantly, the food is good, they are very careful with my food allergies, and the delivery staff is consistently friendly and kind.

I still have yet to get a full order of the correct food. but i have yet to find better bagels in the area. So i guess you have no choice but to deal with the horrible delivery service or get some subparbagels

Ordered from them twice now. Both times they screwed up, first time they forgot items. Second time they just made my sandwich there own way instead of how I ordered it. Seriously I doubt your to busy to do an order right

Somehow their everything bagels are bland. I can't explain it either. Also my delivery took 30 minutes longer than their estimate and my order was wrong.

When ordered in store, this place is ok. But do NOT order delivery from this place. When we received our food, everything had a weird taste to it. The sun-dried tomato cream cheese tasted like fish, and the home fries tasted like taco seasoning and dirt. As far as NY bagel places go, this was one of the WORST experiences I have had. Normally, I MIGHT recommend this place but not any more.

So after an hour and a half of waiting for bagels, the simplest thing to prepare mind you, we called to cancel the order. Then, at around the 2 and a half hour mark, they showed up with the food like nothing happened. If you cant deliver in a reasonable amount of time dont offer delivery.

Really fast and yummy! Chocolate croissant wasn't very good. But the turkey and Brie sandwich was great- even the next day!

I love this place. Food is great, and they treat their customers so well. Case in point: my food was late last week and I called to check on it -- they were incredibly nice and apologetic, explaining that they were down a delivery person. Then, a few days later, I got an apology letter in the mail!

Oh my god guys. PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!! You have great food, but why: - do you deliver to the wrong place on more than one occasion and not fess up to it? - do you consistently screw up orders (ex: make some badass pancakes and not bother giving any syrup with it, so I have to call or pick it up myself?!?!?!!??) You are the most frustrating business I've ever dealt with. Please, for the love of god get your sh** together and save your business you could be making bank. To the owner: PLEASE stop hiring incompetent employees, you're a very sweet, hardworking guy; do yourself a favor and get rid of these people. - a friendly/concerned neighbor and customer
