horrible. forgot to get me rice, coke and chilli sauce. Wanted to charge me $2 again for rice and hung up on me. The satay tastes horrible. AVOID if you value your life.

I'm very picky about peanut sauce, and sometimes I get a huge craving for it. These people make good peanut sauce.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is 4 blocks from my apartment. The food didn't come for an hour. So we called. Guess what their response was :"Just wait, he walk slow". Word for word. He walk slow? 4 blocks for an hour? And, when he finally "walked" here, the food sucked! It was rubbery, totally cold, tasteless. Never. Again.

I ordered the Pad See Ew and some Tom Kha soup. First of all, the food was good standard Thai food. Nothing fancy- but it warmed me up on this frigid Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, my Tom Kha had warped it's lid and was spilled EVERYWHERE, I had a sack of soup. ARGH! However, I am writing this review because when I called the restaurant, the woman who answered the phone immediately responded and I had a new soup in about 20 minutes. She didn't apologize and she didn't fuss, she wasn't rude or abrupt- she just fixed it. I was so happy that she took care it professionally and quickly. Thanks guys!

I waited until my order was already 20 minutes late (past the high end of the delivery range promised) to call to check on it. The guy on the phone told me the delivery guy had left half an hour before so he would call him and call me back. 15 minutes later, the delivery guy called me and I couldn't understand a word he was saying beyond him muttering that he couldn't find my building in Spanish. I called the restaurant back and though I was being rational and patient, the guy on the phone started becoming hysterical and started yelling at me telling me he wanted to cry, barely let me get a word in edge-wise, and hung up on me. It really didn't make sense for him to freak out on me as I was the one who should have been upset, not him. I will never order from here again because of this experience.

15-30 does not mean an hour when it comes to delivery

Food is great. Tasty. The Pad Se-Ew is a little greasy, but very good. Fast delivery. Portions have gotten smaller and price stayed the same. I'll still order, just not as often.

Food is good, but I find their recently increased pricing methodology to be sneaky! So the Entrée is $10, but there is no choice about purchasing rice ($2, white or brown), so actually the entrée is $12! If there was a choice about not wanting the rice, this option would be fine - but there is not! A few weeks ago a dish was $8, now it is $12 - that's too much of a price hike!

Worst experience. After an hour they still couldn't tell me where my food was and were calling me and hanging up. 15-30 min delivery estimate is not accurate and they are bad about customer service too.

If you're hungry don't order from them, they don't have a bike, the delivery guy walks from the restaurant to wherever you live so if you live downstairs, lucky you! If not, wait for 2 hours or more and they ll tell you ' another 10 minutes'! P.s. Wish I didn't have to give on one star in order to rate, they don't deserve any!!!

The food was awful. We ordered the chicken drunken noodles and there was no sauce whatsoever, it was basically just plain noodles very little flavor at all. Would never order from here again.

This my favorite Thai place that delivers in my area. Great noodles and usually really fast delivery, only peak lunch hour is the exception, makes it my go to place.
