Food is inconsistent. Some dishes are tasty, e.g., fried pork dumplings, shredded chicken in garlic sauce, whereas some dishes are downright bad, e.g., sweet and sour spare ribs. One of the better Chinese food places that delivers to our area but not sure worth the $8 delivery fee. Fine, overall.

The food is mediocre at best and they charge a hefty $12.00 delivery fee... 2 1/2 stars at best...

It's ok. I only ordered Orange Beef but it smelled slightly fishy. I have had way better Orange Beef for less. It's ok. But not great.

The worst experience ever! Do they know how Maine lobster roll looks like??? They bring me huge rolls(???) with boiled cabbage inside with small pieces of lobster wrapped in something scorched. Gosh!!! Looks and tastes disgusting!!! Just threw it((

Literally the most repulsive meal I've ever had in NYC. Soggy sesame chicken made from all dark meat and fried rice that looked (and tasted) like plain white rice with a few sprinkles of vegetables. Don't forgot about the extra delivery charge that I haven't seen from any other seamless restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs...you've been warned.

for the price, quite terrible. no chopsticks, meat is poor quality. sauces are bleh. I come from a small city in the South where we don't have any high quality restaurants and even I think this is definitely not worth the price.

Really disappointing all around. You can easily get better quality Chinese food at 1/4 the price just about anywhere in NYC. My friend lives near Chin Chin and said it really went downhill about a year ago. We tried anyway...and won't ever make that mistake again.

Although it's expensive, Chin Chin is our go-to for at-home Chinese food. Call and request the squab soong--it's more interesting than the chicken.

Food is good...but EXTREMELY overpriced. Not worth it at all.

There was no sauce for the sweet & sour pork. I called the restaurant and they said it was in the bag (it was not) and would not deliver it. Small point but the dry sauce-less pork is terrible for $17.50.
