Love this place. The best deal are the bowls b/c you get falafels and pita bread on the side. Great menu, the only thing is that if you go for a late lunch, the menu might be slightly limited as many of the meat substitutes are sold out or not already prepared. But if you go between 11:30am - 1:30pm, you should be fine.

I have to stop myself from eating here every day. So fast, delicious, consistent.

Delicious. Great food. Be sure to get their special sauce. Can't decide between burgers or original. Both? Yes! Updating original review: Ordered tonight with a 30 - 45 minute estimated delivery. It took an hour 10 minutes for the food to arrive. It was cold. And no special sauce. Definitely not the quality that I'm accustomed to from this restaurant.

I love falafel. I love fresh falafel. I really like Crisp, but this location has changed a lot since it first opened. It's less focused on healthful food and more focused on customers and convenience now. I'm going to withhold that fifth star for the decline.

called me 30 min after I placed an order to tell me I was "out of their delivery zone." this restaurant needs to keep their seamless updated

These guys are the worst. Delivered to me once a week throughout the summer, but called and said that they changed delivery zones and now it costs an extra five dollars. Refused to cancel my order and I had to call seamless in order to do it. Seriously - horrible customer service.

I love the food, great falafel and fries and their iced tea flavors are fantastic. The is food always fresh and nicely put together, but delivery is slow and the $15 minimum charge makes it prohibitive unless others in my office want to order along with me.

Food is very fresh and tasty. Only two complaints are that delivery is as slow as other reviewers have indicated and there is no babaganoush on their Seamless menu.

They used to have an option to create your own sandwich and now it has disappeared? I had a falafel sandwich topped with hummus, babaghanoush, and corn salad as well as French fries. Although the sandwich wasn't as spicy as I'd liked, it was really fresh, flavorful, and quite authentic. The French fries were quite crispy. The portions were good and delivery was quick - even after the earthquake. I would definitely order again from Crisp and regret not tipping the delivery guy more.
