New on Seamless and they don't seem to have this whole "delivery" thing figured out yet. Ordered nachos with a side of sour cream, a burger, and a fish sandwich at about quarter-after-six on Saturday night. It was well after 7:30 and they hadn't shown up yet. I called and was told "we only have one delivery guy tonight, can you wait another 15 minutes?" (on SATURDAY). At nearly 8:00, they finally showed up - without the sour cream, and with pieces of fish that were not part of a sandwich. First-world-problems, yes, but if you're going to take more than an hour and a half to deliver it, at least get it right. The food was decent, but I doubt I'll be ordering again with so many other options around.
