I've tried to order twice from here. Once my order went through and an hour later when I called they said they were closed and that they didn't know why they were on Seamless because their fax machine was broken. When I contacted Seamless they told me that the fax wasn't broken, I was just so stupid I ordered from a restaurant that was closed even though it hadn't been closed when i ordered. Brilliant customer service, people. All around. The second time we ended up going to pick it up ourselves, which was mostly just an ordeal because the clerk seemed completely incapable of engaging in any sort of normal communication.The food was a disaster. It tasted like it had been sitting there for longer than we were waiting there for it. Oh well.

Ripoff. I figure I have to give it one star, or the system won't accept the review. The first time I ordered through Seamless, they tried to charge me again at the door. The second time, after waiting two hours on a 75-minute estimate, I called. It JUST SO HAPPENED that the order was going out the door that very minute. This last time, same thing. The first time I called, I waited for fifteen rings. No answer. Seamless marked the restaurant as closed. I tried again a few minutes later, and it JUST SO HAPPENED that the order was going out the door that very minute. At the least, the service is not as promised. Likelier, they don't pay attention to Seamless orders until prodded.
