I ordered a half slab of ribs, 1/4 BBQ chicken, potato salad, burnt end baked beans, and corn bread. The only good things were the chicken and corn bread. The ribs were completely burnt to the point of being in edible, they were horrible. The beans were bitter and liquidy, they didn't taste good in anyway. Lastly the potato salad wasn't bad, but I make better. Waste of my money.

salty; tasted more like food you buy at a cheap grocery store then food that you get at a restaurant: ordered chicken (overcooked); briket (dry); biscuits (never arrived); corn bread ( dry and tated like it was from a box mix you would buy from costco); collard greens (not cooked enough); mac and cheese (bland and grainey)

Worst order I've ever had from Seamless. 1/4 lb. brisket was 1/3 fat and overwhelmingly salty, ribs were charred to a blackened crips, and $2 cornbread was 2" x 2". All cold. The prices make absolutely no sense. This is the worst BBQ I've ever eaten and $30 for a meal that will leave me hungry, never mind expecting it was an order that would feed two people.

Food pretty good but service not so good. They often are out of the things on their menu.

The biscuit was OK and the delivery didn't take too long. That's all I can say.

Dammit! That was the best BBQ I've had in 20yrs of living in NYC. Yes, the small sides are rather small, but the overall quality of everything made up for that. Thinking about ordering again tonight.

Delivered later than estimated. Missing an item. Couldn't get through to the restaurant and gave up after an hour of trying to call about the missing item. Relentless busy signal. The "small" sides we received were microscopic. Seriously, like a bit of garnish. The food we did get was okay, not very impressive.

Giant Rip Off. This place will be closed within six months. -A half rack of ribs included three and a half ribs. The meat was leathery and much of it was charred to a crisp. -The small sides ($4.00) were bite sized. I've never seen such small to-go containers. They must special order them. -A small cornbread was the size of a credit card. -The beans were tough; not fully cooked. -Nothing was hot. I've taken home more food in a doggy bag. The owners should be ashamed. If you need yet another inauthentic Brooklyn restaurant full of reclaimed wood and Edison bulbs to waste your money at, then look no further.

These guys know what they're doing. It's not typical so don't expect typical. But expect freaking awesome food. The Hot Mess is their signature dish and it's all it's cracked up to be. So happy to have this place in my neighborhood.

Not bad, but the seasoning on every dish was really bizarre and not really inline with any regional southern BBQ. The fatty brisket was about 50% fatty, and the other half was lean brisket. The fatty stuff was great but the lean cuts were just ok. The ribs were fantastic in technique and texture. The flavor was not bad but definitely inferior to more traditional ribs. Mac and cheese was pretty good too -- the breadcrumbs were a little underbaked but not bad at all. Overall, depending how you like Fort Reno's flavor profiles, it could be a 3 or it could be a 5 -- I'm in between.
