Wow. The woman who answers the phone is such a bitch, and the delivery sucks. Took over an hour on a Monday! Food is adequate at best. Arrived cold. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Excellent burgers and quick delivery. This place is way underrated because of delivery issues, but I've never had any bad delivery experiences, and it would be a shame to miss out on the best burger in the area because of a vocal minority.

Unfortunately I cannot truly rate the food, as I had to cancel my order before it arrived because it was so late. When I placed my order I was informed via email that there was a 30-45 minute wait time; after an hour, I called to check the status and I was told (rudely) that it was on the way. After 20 more minutes and no food (when I live about 7-8 blocks from the restaurant), I called again and the woman informed me that it was on the way because 'it's not here so it must be on the way to your apartment." After another 15-20 minutes and no food, I realized it was either NEVER on the way or if it was, it was going to be disgusting and cold so I called back to cancel my order outright and request a refund. The same woman answered and curtly informed me that she was unable to issue any refund but would cancel the food order; she never apologized for the inconvenience and then hung up on me. About 20 minutes later, lo and behold my buzzer rang and it was the food, which I sent back to the restaurant since I had canceled the order. Terrible. It's one thing to be running late, to apologize and be truthful about the order status and it is quite another to be outright rude, not care about customer service and blatantly lie. I'm currently working on getting refunded through Seamless.

My food took two hours to arrive, when the estimated delivery time was 30 minutes. When I called to find out where my order was, I was put on hold for five minutes. When I finally did get to speak to someone she hung up on me. When the delivery man arrived he told me my house was too far away?? The food was both cold and burnt when it did arrive. I used to eat in their restaurant all the time, but I will not return and will not order again. Unacceptable service.

Shortly after I ordered, a woman from Grand Canyon Restaurant called me to tell me that I had improperly added cheese to french fries in my order. She said that it wasn't an option and that I had ordered incorrectly for the meal that I'd chosen. I tried to explain that I'd simply chosen the option as it came up on the online menu and she seemed to become upset and kept repeating, "I'm not my fault, it's Seamless's fault. I get mistakes from them all the time!" I wasn't sure how she wanted to resolve the issue because no matter what I suggested, she continued to *yell* "It's not my fault!" into the phone. I finally asked her to cancel my entire order. It was a bewildering conversation. Terrible, terrible customer service.
