Very bad experience with the delivery man. Ordered a soup, but when it arrived, the lid was not on and on top of that, it was broken on the top with holes. As a result, the entire soup had spilled out of the bag and was dripping in my apartment as I brought it in. The spill also caused my fried rice to be soggy. I immediately called the restaurant, who kindly agreed to send me replacement rice and soup. 10 minutes later when it arrived, the delivery man was EXTREMELY rude and accusatory, claiming that when he arrived the first time, the soup was perfectly in tact, implying that I had spilled the soup myself or that I was lying and trying to get free food from them. I told him to take the food back and that we no longer wanted it, but he continued to be very rude and accusatory. It's sad because the food is actually quite good, but this is not the first bad encounter I've had with this delivery man. I will not be ordering from here again and if management is reading these reviews, I would highly recommend changing the delivery man you use - he is making you lose business.

My order took 2 hours to be delivered! They only have 1 delivery person so orders take forever!

This place takes entirely too long to deliver... I have tried 3 times and always takes 1.5 hours. Not worth the wait. There are better options in the area.

The food is always wonderful here, and their lunch specials are a fantastic steal! This is real szechuan food, people! And it's a real restaurant, where delivery is not their #1 source of income so it's not as fast as your typical Chinese take-out joint. Most of the time the food takes the full estimated 30-45 min. Only once has it taken over an hour.

Even though it shows 30-45 mins for delivery, you will never get your food in less than 60 mins. The food is not bad. so i gave 2 stars.

This has been a terrible experience. The estimate time for delivery is 30-45 mins. I waited for 50 mins and still didn't get my food. I called up and they asked me to keep waiting and be patient. Without an apology or an estimate time of delivery. Neither were there any compensation....

The food is fabulous! Some people from my office and I order multiple times a week from here. You have to be prepared for "real" Chinese food from here- if you're expecting Americanized food, you'll be sorely disappointed. Their Sichuan dishes are particularly good. Favorites are the Hot & Spicy Tongue and Tripe the Mushrooms in Aged Vinegar, as well as a number of the lunch specials. The food is usually delivered quickly as well.

After a long trip home from being away, came home, ordered food. Was told it would be 30-45 minutes. 1.5 hours later I received my food, and it was hot. When I had called after 1 hour they told me it was because of the weather - fine.. I guess I would expect cold/warm food, something here was not right and I absolutely did NOT like how they handled the situation. Order from somewhere else.
