Do not always have dishes that are on the menu. I placed an order for the oxtail stew (which is considered their signature dish and Im guessing something they should ALWAYS have) and was confirmed then called to tell they no longer had the dish. This is about the third time Ive tried to order it and was not available.. I would suggest not trying to order this dish or calling before to ask...however you should not have to call as restaurant owners are supposed to take items off the seamless menu that are no longer available.

Just okay. I forgot that I used to order from them previously and stopped because I had problems. They called to let me know they were out of an item and replaced it. Fine. Then sent me the wrong order - 2 salads instead of my chicken stew. Some poor vegetarian named Debbie got my food. So I had to wait for my correct order to come. We're almost 2 hours in at this point. The 'chicken' stew was a bunch of chicken necks with very little edible meat and lots of bones. Maduros were just fried hard, not that nice soft sweet plantain I am used to. Not really worth the hassle.

Great chicken, oxtails were ok, my husband said "nothing to write home about" but they forgot his rice (not a big enough deal to call them about since we wouldn't have waited for them to send more--nor would they would have "credited" it, so oh well" 3 instead of 4 stars) but the chicken was fantastic! Salmon salad was great too---cooked just how I asked :)

The food came quickly and it was very good. The fried pork mofongo was a lot of fat and pretty chewy, but had good flavor. The chicken, shrimp and chorizo with rice is really good! The sweet plantains are delicious for desert! Still warm, we put them in a bowl with some vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and caramel sauce. You're welcome ;)

This place is awful! Food is good, but buyers beware, I have ordered many times, because the food is good, and very single time I have ordered they have messed something up. They forget to send something, the delivery guy gets lost, food has spilled all over the place, or they don't have something on the menu. If you are looking to order seamlessly this place is not the place! After they mess up they call over and over, sometimes they send free pastry but I am at work and the calls are so annoying, no calls is the reason to use seamless! Even the delivery guy has called over and over, same guy same location, but he always gets lost, I was on the phone with this guy once for like 10 mins to give him directions to a place 10 blocks from the restaurant. The latest order they called to tell me that they no longer make oatmeal, even though it is still on the menu, I was annoyed and the girl on the phone said I had to choose something else because the amount of the food was under the amount for them to send a delivery. I told her to cancel the order, but when I said that she said she would send out my food that with tip was over 10 dollars, acting like it was a favor. I asked her to make sure to credit me for the oatmeal, As usual no credit was made. I'm ordering from work, I don't have time to call seamless every time they mess up to get credit on food they missed or don't have. Food is good, but not worth the hassle!

Stew beef smelled old and sour and rice smelled burn. I had to bin the whole meal.

It was our first time getting Judy's tonight, we both had the chicken stew with rice and black beans... I had to stop eating halfway to come review this because it is freaking delicious, and perfect for this cold New York weather. Food arrived piping hot, hearty, and flavorful. A new fave in the neighborhood!

The food: was super late, cold, not delicious, and the wax paper was stuck to my food. I would've given them 1 star but I somehow ended up with a Cuban sandwich that I didn't order, nor was I charged for (but it was not delicious either). will not be ordering from here again, but thanks for the free sandwich, I guess.

The food can be quick and really good or take two hours and be really cold. I think their delivery range is a too large for them to handle at times, but when they get it right, it's on the money.

I should have known better to get delivery instead of pickup from a place thats only a few blocks away. Literally have been waiting for close to 2 hours, called them up and got some run of the mill excuse (that was an hour ago) and still waiting. If you don't mind waiting until the end of time then by all means get it delivered.

Very good spanish comfort food. Really unhealthy and oily. But portions are good. The maduros came BLACK thoough. They were gross.

Their pork mofongo is GREAT! Their beans are also REALLY good - very well seasoned and serving is PLENTIFUL. However, their Cuban sandwich is not good, as it's lack of sauce taste gets me thinking they don't put any sauce at all, which is blasphemous for a Cuban sandwich.
