Do not order from here. Mediocre food delivery times of over an hour for a place that is directly down the street.

My favorite Mexican food in Astoria -- sometimes I order twice a week. The guacamole is astonishingly good. Other favorites are the mole tamales, the cemitas and tortas, and huevos con chorizo for a good hangover remedy. The food always comes within half an hour, although I live relatively close so I can't speak to how long it would take for people living on the outskirts of the delivery zone.

My order took an hour and a half to arrive. When I called at the 60 minute mark the restaurant told me my food would be there in 5 minutes. It didn't come for another 30.

Took over 90 minutes to arrive. A different time I ordered they were late and they did not have half my order and they substituted it without asking me.

Great cheap food. I've ordered from them many times! Did forget a Gatorade though.. Sometimes the food seems to be spicier than when I ordered it previously, still delish though!

It is more of a traditional place. the only cheese they use is the white tropical frying cheese. So if you are looking for more, than you need to go to a more americanized place. They like their spice. I do not like their nachos.

Food came within the delivery time given. The food was a bit jostled, but not ruined. The food was good. I ordered the Chorizo and spicy pork tacos. Just as an FYI to the restaurant. If you impose a manditory tip on your orders, it makes me tip allot less than I would normally. Not sure if your delivery people get stiffed allot, but that kind of thing turns me off and I give only the minimum.

I waited over 2 hours for my food. I had to call seamless after an hour and a half to find out what I should do, because the number that was listed when I called gave a fax tone. I seriously thought this place was some kind of scam! Seamless ended up having to call the restaurant's emergency contact number, and they told the woman from seamless that I was speaking to that the food was just then leaving the restaurant. It took another 45 minutes to arrive. And it wasn't even that good! I don't like giving bad reviews, but this place seriously needs to get it together. I am literally 10 minutes walking distance from here. There is no reason why my food took over 2 hours to arrive. Seriously ridiculous. Do no order from here. You might as well just walk to the restaurant itself.

this food is the real deal. If you're looking for American bastardized versions of things, look elsewhere.

The delivery was kind of a disaster ... took longer than expected, and the guy answering the phone kept insisting the delivery person was already here ... but the burrito was pretty good.

Wanted to love this place. The pictures looked so good. Buuuuut, it took over an hour to get. Quesadilla had barely any cheese. Tamale Mole lacked Mole and was dry. Tacos doused in Cilantro. Nachos Compuestos were soggy and bland. Lots of better Mexican places in AStoria.
