Food took forever to arrive, and when I spoke to the manager he mostly just yelled at me. Worst experience I've ever had on seamless.

My new favorite place to order from in Midtown. Super fast and reliable delivery (more than any other kosher place I have ordered from), food is fresh and flavorful. Portion sizes are fine. Reps on phone are always polite and helpful. So far, each time I ordered there has been something from my order that was unavailable (either a certain sandwich, or a fruit salad, etc), but they always called within minutes to ask what I wanted for a replacement, and the person who called was always courteous and helpful in finding a replacement. Wish there was a lower minimum for delivery and a more consistent menu... the only 2 things keeping me from rating Lorellis 5 stars.

As a PwC employee, I order takeout 3-5x a week during busy season. This is the best kosher pizza in NYC since Rosa's sold-out in the Empire State Building. My non-Jewish coworkers agree and love to order with me! Plus, I find Lorreli's staff to be very receptive to my comments and are continuously trying to meet a higher standard. Order a fresh Funghi pie and you'll never order from another (kosher) pizza place again in NYC!

The food is ok for quick takeout but they nickel and dime you for everything! I just ordered a salad and it came with NO DRESSING! After calling to complain because how can I eat my salad without dressing I was told the dressing wasn't included and that each dressing was 50 CENTS! Who charges for dressing? Unacceptable. LAST TIME ORDERING FROM HERE!!

the food is good, salads are fresh and soups are good too but the fact that they want to charge me 50 cents for one tiny container of extra dressing is ridiculous

Delicious sandwich (I ordered the Melenzane Sandwich) and quick delivery. I was extremely impressed, even though I do not need to eat Kosher, with the packaging of my delivery. It was sealed and Kosher-certified and stated that the Kosher certification was void if the seal on the bag was opened. Even though this was not important to me, it was nice to see a restaurant take such care in guaranteeing something that they advertise. Good job!

The pasta was fresh, and looked great, the taste wasn't bad, but not great, it can use a little more flavor. The delivery time was perfect 30 minutes, they called within 3 minutes of placing the order that the soup I wanted wasn't available, which was disappointing, but at least they let me know right away. The soup was really good. For now I will rate a 3 and see how my second order goes.

Outstanding! This restaurant has definitely shaped themselves up! There were a few kinks in the start up when they first opened, and as you can see from my original review (under the asterisks) that I Wasn't very happy. I can say right now that there has been a full 180º in the service provided! I was called 4 minutes after ordering to verify if I wanted salt and pepper in the eggs and 16 minutes after I ordered, I had everything hot and steaming on my desk (the coffee didn't even have a drop spilled). Very impressed, keep up the good work! *************************************************************************************** The food itself is decent when there's no eggshells in your omelet. Or when they're actually open. They leave the phone off the hook so you can't confirm order with them, and then even though delivery time shows 25 - 30 minutes, they call you an hour later to tell you that there are no potatoes left. Coffee comes spilled everywhere and it's just such an aggravating ordering experience, I will not be ordering from them again until they shape up.

This was my second time ordering from this restaurant and I've had good experiences both times. This time I got a salad (good & fresh, and cool options for toppings that MilkNHoney doesn't have-- like roasted corn and edamame beans) and Minestrone Soup. The soup was delicious-- a thick soup with beans and pasta and not at all like the canned Minestrone soup I remember from my childhood. It didn't seem tomato-based. Try it-- as long as you're not expecting a tomato-based soup with diced carrots, celery, string beans, etc.-- I think you'll like it. I did and I'll be ordering it again.

I ordered the "Funhi Pizza" slice; instead of the "Roasted portabello, black trumpets, shiitake, Mozzarella, rosemary, truffle oil and garlic Béchamel," they sent me a regular mushroom slice. They also were out of the soup I wanted, so I agreed to get a strawberry smoothie instead; it was watery and flavorless.
