I paid 18 dollars for a soup and sandwhich 3 dollars extra for turkey bacon (i got one strip) 1.50 for avocado ( I got three thin brown slices) said it would take between 50 and 65 minutes it took over 2 hours I like that they offer organic but thats all they do. Egg was bland overcooked. Bread was soggy no salt or pepper or condiments or fork or knife!!

Ordered a veggie egg white omelette. 45 min later, I received two egg whites. I called and asked them to fix it and was told that I could have a 7 or 8 % discount. I was also asked to send back the original order. I was told they would rush the food. Another 60 minutes has gone by and my food has still not arrived. I called and asked for the manager and finally was offered a refund and told the food would arrive shortly. 3 hours from initial order, no food.

I'm only giving a 2 out of 5 because the one thing that I could eat (vegan soup) was tasty. Service was AWFUL. The second I opened the door the delivery guy said "You're really far away!" I'm in their delivery area, ordered here through seamless... so don't complain to me, complain to your boss. Also, it's 70 and beautiful out - not like I'm making you deliver in bad weather (I always tip more in bad weather). I asked for a sandwich with NO BREAD, and in caps made it very clear that I am GLUTEN FREE - NO GLUTEN. I said "turkey only please", and yet I got the whole sandwich covered in cheesy pesto and inbetween two slices of bread. I figured since this is an ORGANIC restaurant with VEGAN options, they would be aware enough to listen to instructions and NOT PUT THE TURKEY ON THE BREAD! BUT... I WAS WRONG. And didn't have anything to eat for dinner, consequently. So I paid for someone to complain to me and deliver me inedible food. Good times.

I love this restaurant, they have a healthy variety of food and meet all of my requirements: open early, healthy choices, they have fresh healthy juices available( better than that Kamba juice) I just love this place! Delivery time may be a little longer than and I'd like, but it's only because the foods so good!! #worthyhewait

After taking more than 1.5 hours to arrive, I was disappointed with the quality of food I received. The green juice was the one redeeming factor - not at all bad but the strawberry and mango smoothie (how do you even mess that up?) was almost bitter and the soup bland - I ended up throwing both out after a few bites. For future orders, I'll stick to green juice from here or nothing.

I have been using Mangia since I started using Seamless. Good food. Great service. The one time I had a challenge w/my order, they made it up to me straight away. Integrity is a good business model.

HORRIBLE. TOTAL RIP OFF. PORTIONS ARE TINY. I JUST PAID 10 dollars for 5 teaspoons of rice and 10 sliced carrots with a couple of string beans.

My portion could not have been smaller-$4.50 for 1/2 cup of rice? I ordered the butter chicken also and the container was 1/4" of the way full. Rip off!

The personal Pizza was ice cold with raw tomatoes on top and the cheese, missing on 1/3 of the pie was not even melted. In order to receive a refund, they requested the pizza to be returned. The delivery person did not wait for me to come downstairs, he left it and ran, now I know why!

I just had a horrible customer service experience. After placing my order on Seamless, I realized that Mangia Organic had reported a 65-80 min delivery time. Since my office is only a few blocks away, I called and said I would pick it up and asked them to remove the tip. They told me no problem. When I got to the place, the owner or manager told me that they would not refund my tip. I offered to just pick up a soda then for the same amount, and he refused. He yelled at me and told he wouldn't give me my food unless I signed a piece of paper indicating I had paid the full amount. The whole thing was ridiculous. I was willing to pay a drink I didn't really want - he should have been willing to compromise as well. I'm never going back - just on principle. It was a really crappy experience.

I think the juice was made the day before. Packaging was bad. Delivery estimate was 35 to 50 minutes and it took 95 minutes. I called to inquire and they made no apology.
