$16 plus for an order of penne vodka and a can of soda. Pasta only filled half the to go container. Total rip off. Also took an hour for this small order to be delivered a block away from restaurant.

Everytime i order from here the food is excellent. my favorites here are the eggplant rollatini, the ceasar salad with shaved parmesan, the bruschetta toscana, and the potato gnocchi sorrentino with basil and marinara sauce. (delivery can take 45 minutes so just be prepared.) This is the best value for a good italian restaurant on the UES.

I love, love the food, but the delivery is awful. They are consistently way later than their estimate. If you want your food sooner than 2 hours after your order, this place isn't for you. I don't know what happened, this never used to be an issue but it's happened the past three times, and now I've had enough :( Won't be ordering again.

Failed to deliver. After 60 minutes I called to ask where (I was polite but wanted to drop done f bombs at this point) my food was. The guy had a hard time finding my order and then finally said it would be there in five minutes. Huge lie. 25 minutes later (85 minutes in all!!!) I called to cancel. They are not competent for delivery and not cut out for seamless.

Food is okay. Their Fried Calamari was hard as pebbles and their Marinara Sauce was watery and could've done with a bit of thickening. Their Pasta Carbonara used bacon slices but otherwise was okay if a little watery (sauces should coat and not drown the pasta) and they did provide grated cheese separately. The two big chunks of bread was a nice touch, admittedly. The only thing truly outstanding was the Tartufo.

This used to be my go to pasta place! Looks like I'm going to have to start making my own. Guess they ran out of fresh pasta this evening and are getting a new shipment in tomorrow so decided to substitute it without asking. I called to let them know what was going on and while the lady was extremely helpful and nice, upon receiving my new order of mushroom ravioli I realized it was cold and there we're only 4 in it. So basically spent $18 on 4 raviolis that I had to end up cooking again anyways, a pasta dish that just didn't taste right and overall it took an hour and a half. Still also confused about the fresh pasta, wouldn't they make it in-house? It's a shame I've been ordering from here for years!!

The worst! I ordered $100 worth of food for my family (brother was in town, visiting). Wait time was supposed to be an hour. Called after an hour. They said it was on its way. An hour later I called again and they said they were slammed and they'd get it done then. So, they LIED the first time and it had never been on its way. By that point it was so late I couldn't get somewhere else to deliver so we waited for it. And they forgot some stuff in our order. Seamless refunded me in full (thanks!), but it was still a night made bad while waiting 2.5 hours for our food, being lied to and having stuff forgotten. NEVER AGAIN.

Sotto Cinque never fails to produce tasty food. It's a safe bet for when you want Italian and aren't up for cooking it yourself.

I think the pasta might be hit or miss here. I've ordered the tortellini twice - the first time I had it it was really good, but the second time wasn't very tasty. Actually, the second time I had it the sauce didn't taste as fresh or that it was a day old maybe. The garlic bread here is really really good though!

Good italian, but depends on dish. Sometimes a little oily.

I generally like their food very much. The Fettuccini Alfredo was a disappointment though. I'm sticking with the cavattelli with sausage and broccoli rabe or bolognases.

I like to order the Baked Rigatoni (cheesy and delicious) and it always arrives quickly and hot. My go-to place for ordering Italian on the UES.
