Never again. They called because they were delayed because their machine was being fixed to make dumplings. Ok. Then they called 30 minutes later to say it was down all together and offer to replace the dumplings. Ok. But when the delivery did come the delivery man called 3x to ask where I was - even though I had only walked from my desk to the elevator and gone down. And then I get upstairs and the order for the pieces I had originally ordered was wrong. And there was no utensils or soy sauce.

Yushi is without a doubt the worst in terms of delivery. I placed an order with them today at 11:13am and the food did not arrive until 12:45pm. To make matters worse, when I called, no one answered the phone. It continually went to voicemail. I tried off and on for 2 hours. I finally got a Manager on the phone and he was clueless. Had no idea why the phone rang with no one picking up and had no idea why the delivery man was so late. He also sounded like he didn't care. Totally unprofessional. This is not the first time I had a problem with Yushi. When they have arrived on time they generally screwed up the order. Once they sent me someone elses order. They are horrible. I will never order from them again.

I can't rate the food yet because I haven't received it. It is 72 minutes late, and counting. I called Yushi to find out where my food was and they said they had sent it out but the orders were messed up so the delivery person brought it back to remake them. I asked them when it would be delivered, and she said, right away, to which I added, what time? And then she hung up on me. Maybe the food is really good but I wouldn't know because I have yet to taste it!!!

Simply put, Yushi is a delicious and (somewhat) healthy lunch option in midtown. The Yu-Bowl is awesome and can be built from the ground up. The proteins which I have had (Tofu, pork & chicken) are tasty and well textured. The vegetables are perfectly cooked and seasoned. I am huge proponent of the mushrooms, kim-chi and slaw. The sauces that envelop the bowl are pretty spot on and diverse in terms of Asian fusion. The sweet chili sauce is very good and brings a light sweetness with some welcomed heat. They have a 'special sauce' that has limited availability, the coconut curry sauce. Please do me a favor and do not skip this if it is available, as someone who lived in southeast Asia for 4 years, this stuff is damn good. Finish the bowl off with some accoutrements(coconut flakes, chili flakes, peanuts and cilantro(I go with all of the above)), and you have one delectable midtown lunch.

The food is good, but it took 1.5 hrs to go 8 blocks. The stated wait time was 15-30min...IF, and that's a big if, I decide to order from them again it will only be if I go there and pick it up.

Ordered 2 items, confirmation said they would be delivered in 15-30 minutes. Received a call a half hour later saying they ran out of the two items that I ordered. They ended up giving me an assortment of stuff they had leftover from the day. I received my order an hour and a half (!!) after I placed the initial order. And it was not good food. Never again!

Ordered food for a group. We had: - the Greatest Hot Hits Bento Box: food was good but it is a little small for the price and it was cold, - South Beach Sushi: sushi were excellent but again overpriced, - Dumplings and California rolls: expensive and very average.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They arrived 2 hours late to deliver my PREPACKAGED california rolls. Incredibly overpriced. Also sushi does not come with soy sauce and wasabi. SUCKS

Food was delivered in an hour instead of the 15-30min like they advertised. I ordered the create your own bowl and it was delivered cold and the bowl was open and some contents were all over the bag.

Very average sushi. Actually some of the thinnest sliced sushi slices I've seen. Miso soup too salty. Probably won't order again.

The restaurant forgot my miso soup and then had me on hold too long when I called to discuss. Lack of consistency overall in the delivery from Yushi. -Dissapointed
