Inaka Asian Cuisine

Inaka's food is delicious and fresh. I especially enjoy the lobster and toro tartar. Great neighborhood option for Japanese cuisine.

I never go out of my way to review places, but the sushi I ordered from Inaka was amazing. I was more than satisfied with the fresh fish and ingredients, I will definitely be ordering here again.

The Bento Box [Salmon Terriyaki] was amazing! Fresh, super flavorful, and big! The salad was delicious and the dressing was specially scrumptious! The miso soup was ok but it was overshadowed by everything else. I also ordered the sweet potato roll and let me tell you it was awesome! :) Love Inaka!

Inaka is becoming my new sushi delivery standard! Their bento box is a fantastic deal when you order the sushi/sashimi combo that comes with a beautiful presentation. Instead of soy sauce packets, they give you little cups with lids. In addition, you get a nice side portion of edamame, and because they were a little late with my order perhaps, they gave me an extra side cup of it. The fish is ALWAYS fresh and beautifully displayed in the tray. Unlike other services, they give you multiple shiso leaves with your sashimi which is fantastic. Their side salad isn't a mess of iceberg but a nice mix of leaves with a rich ginger dressing. I love their miso soup which also has a rich flavor and full of goodies. I lived in Japan for ten years and know my sushi, and while this isn't Japanese standard, it's as good as any average Japanese sushi you can find which is a high compliment for American sushi. I'm tempted to order every night! :)

Inaka is awesome! Their food has always been good and I've either eaten there or gotten delivery about 5 times now. Everything always seems fresh, and there's a lot of variety. My roommate likes them too. Their delivery is quick, which is great (though we are quite close by, so that helps). AND my roommate and I both independently agree that they are so super NICE! Seriously, the waitstaff and the delivery guys are all super sweet. They are a great addition to the hood.

Whenever I crave sushi for delivery, I'm always torn about what restaurant I should use....I've tried a lot of options in the Heights/Carroll Garden area, and none of them have really satisfied me; some have been down right bad. Tonight I ordered from Inaka for the first time...I've never heard of it before, but THIS is now my go-to spot for sushi! Well done! Fast, friendly delivery, within the noted time frame, and the sushi was fresh and delicious. Keep it up guys!!!

Food wasn't enjoyable and was extremely late. They gave a delivery time of 45-60min, it took almost 2 hours. To add insult to injury, they forgot my mochi ice cream (which is the main reason I ordered in the first place!). This is also the first restaurant I've ever ordered sushi from that didn't give soy sauce. If you order sushi make sure you add in comments that you want soy sauce. I definitely would not recommend this place.

It was fine, basic sushi. I ordered the spicy crab avocado roll and it wasn't spicy and had a very soft texture. I also got the vegetable gyoza and it was soft and tasted off. It also took them 1 1/2 hrs to delivery

We ordered lunch specials for work. Lunch special comes with 2 hand or maki rolls, salad and miso soup for $8.25, and three rolls for $10.25. I also ordered crap cake with lobster sauce. My colleagues ordered sushi lunch special and katsudon. The serving portion is small; 12 tiny roll in a small take out container. I'm not too impressed with the rolls as they tasted only OK if not overly flavored & salted. The spicy tuna roll and spicy salmon roll are mixed with finely ground fish and sauce so that the texture of fish cannot be tasted. There was a thin layer of white rice pressed around the fish, not enough to establish any solid texture. I was unable to taste freshness in my roll and actually felt slightly ill afterwards. On the other hand, my colleague ordered katsudon and was fine with it, except the fact that the breaded pork was too dry.

First time ordering from this restaurant--have passed by them but never dined in. Our food came right on schedule and the sushi was so fresh! The garden salad is HUGE and comes with lots of that tasty miso ginger dressing. Can't wait to order from them again.
