Jackson Hole gives you a lot of food. Unfortunately they don't give you a package large enough to contain all of that food. My meal arrived and was literally SMASHED into the container, forming a giant mush of sandwich (with guacamole by the way) and onion rings. It didn't help that they did not include utensils, so I had to eat my mixed up mush of a meal with my hands. Thanks for a whole lot of not much.

Delivery from Jackson Hole always feels a little sloppy... BLT came on burned toast, burgers are overcooked, etc.

Horrible! Soggy, messy, awful! Ordered twice from Jackson Hole. Both times everything was soggy and wet! Disgusting. They take no pride in their food or service.

Let's be honest, you can never go wrong with Jackson Hole. Always amazingly tasty and impossible not to finish, even though you know your stomach will hate you.

I always seem to be disappointed every time I order from Jackson Hole, the food is over priced, takes longer than any other place on the Upper East side to deliver and the quality is less than average.

I ordered from them last night. They forgot to put bacon in the omelette I ordered and when I called the staffer and I got cut off, but after a second call back, she very politely said she would send over another. Another person called me a few minutes later to apologize, which I thought was great customer service. When the order arrived just a few minutes later, it was a complete new entree. Love Jackson Hole!

Nothing beats a big juicy greasy burger after a night of drinking... Or perhaps a afternoon of drinking... Yes, it is greasy, yes if you eat this everyday you'd probably have a heart attack, but on those special nights when you need good drunk or comfort food, this IS the place. The onion rings and the burgers are bomber... Came home one night after an evening of drinking, was hungry, nothing in the fridge, went online and found Jackson Hole (have eaten here sober as well at the one in midtown---was good too, greasy, but good). So if you're in for some greasy food, this is the place. If not, stay away. UPDATE: I am currently addicted to their triple decker turkey club. Done right with bacon, lettuce, tomato, fresh roasted turkey and mayo... Oh so good.

UPDATE: after a 5-star review, the next *two orders* from Jackson Hole were WRONG and incorrect. Disappointing for something that *was* so great :( Will not order from here again. Done giving them chances. Original 5-star rating: OMG - best turkey burger ever! Delivery was quick and the food was terrific! Will order from again.

My girlfriend and I order from here pretty consistently. We've tried a huge variety of the burgers, the wraps, and a fair amount of the apps. Delivery is always fast and the food is hot. Burgers: We've tried everything from the Mexican to the Southwest, but we always come back to the regular burger with American cheese. The burger is always so huge and flavorful, with the juice practically dripping out, that all the extras are a bit superfluous. We do, however, sometimes add caramelized onions, bc their onions are great and don't detract from the flavor of the burger. Wraps: the two stand outs are the santa fe and the hot mexican. My girlfriend loves the hot mexican because of the heat -- and there definitely is some heat -- but I think the santa fe is a great option for basically the same flavors without the need for 5 bottles of water. Their salsa is really good too, we always ask for extra and they always comply. Apps: we've tried a few, the chicken fingers, the chicken finger parm, the nachos, the mozzarella, the guac and the quesadilla (not really and app, but we split it). The mozzarella sticks are sometimes great and sometimes too cold so the cheese pulls out of the breading and it just isn't pleasant. The chicken fingers -- both the parm and regular -- are really good, though the parm ones are a bit more filling. Both are always crisp and hot. The guac is good and a VERY generous portion, with no unnecessary additions other than cilantro, tomato and onion. The quesadilla is likewise good. Nothing special, but a solid choice. The nachos, however, I do not recommend. We only got them once, so maybe it was a bad night, but the chips were very stale and the toppings left a lot to be desired. They were mushy and lacked flavor. Sides: we stick to the waffle or curly fries. Overall I would recommend the waffle, but always say in the notes "extra crispy, not burnt, please", otherwise I find they come a bit soggy.
