Jackson Hole - Third Ave

i have ordered from jackson hole in the past and it was decent and i was craving a burger, but just like most of the other reviews have said the food arrived soggy and over an hour after i placed the order. the mozzarella sticks were hard and room temperature and the fries and onion rings were just mushy. the burger was decent, but over disappointing.

I have been eating jackson's hole 2 times a week since I was a kid. Never got a bad meal. Could eat here everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner

I don't think you can go wrong with Jackson Hole. I've ordered burgers from a lot of the popular places in the Gramercy/Murray Hill area, and I have to say that Jackson Hole is the only place I've never been disappointed with. Tons of food, great price, and great burgers.

Amazing, huge burgers, cooked the way you want. Definitely not healthy, but if you want a huge burger, get one from Jackson Hole.

I love these burgers. There are so many options and the beef is delicious. My orders show up in 15 minutes and the portions are pretty large. I would definitely recommend Jackson Hole, so give it a shot because you will at least have a tasty meal.

I have been a big fan of Jackson Hole for a long time...the burgers are deliciously greasy and the fries will not disappoint. But make no mistake this is no health food restaurant...but if you are looking for really solid comfort food this is your place!

I ordered a bacon and cheese omelette and fortunately got a ham, bacon, sausage and cheese omelette. It was a fantastic, delicious surprise, and I will definitely order from Jackson Hole again!

I got the bacon cheeseburger with the add on of steak fries. I was expecting a smaller burger but I got a nice tasty large fat burger with real bacon. The meat of the burger actually tasted like real beef made into a homemade type burger, not your typical flat patty. The fries were not as crispy as I would have hoped but that is a personal preference. For those who like more potato than fried steak fries, you'll be happy. The food came in about 46 min, which is longer than it stated, but they did travel 5 streets and 4 aves and the food was good. I give my stamp of approval.

My order arrived over 30 minutes after the estimated maximum time they listed (it took a full hour to get our food). The food was cold and soggy by the time it arrived. I will not order from Jackson Hole again.

Burger is not good! I ordered the Western burger, which was a giant ball of unflavored meat with a paper thin layer of cheese that I could see more than taste and the "bar b q sauce" was more like bad sweet and sour sauce from a low rate Chinese joint. Maybe you are just supposed to drink at Jackson hole and not order food.

Good, not great, burger. Soggy fries. Delivery service was filled with mistakes. Took over one hour. They forgot one of the meals ordered. Of course, they volunteered to send the replacement. Unfortunately, that took ANOTHER hour! Jackson Hole is a NYC institution. However, based on my experience, I think I'll skip delivering from there.

Took a long time for my order to come and the burger looked like grey brains when it arrived. The meat seemed to have been steamed (ew) and was overcooked. The burger patty was probably too big, they should focus on taste rather than size! At least the curly fries were good, but I will not be ordering from here again.

I ordered the apple pie with ice cream and the pie was delivered in ice cream soup. The ice cream was 100% melted! But the apple pie seemed like it would have been tasty served alone. The nachos didn't meet my California standards. The lettuce wasn't fresh and the cheese tasted kinda gross...
