Jerusalem Cafe

I had ordered three food items and one beverage. The order arrived significantly late, the food was cold, the salad wilty and browning, one item was missing, and the beverage they sent was something completely different than what was ordred. Jerusalem Cafe's competence is highly questionable. I had high hopes for this place, since it's one of the few kosher establishments that deliver to my area, but I am extremely disappointed and doubtful I'll ever order from here again.

Very good food for a kosher cafe. Sushi, pizza, omelettes, I've ordered a lot from here. Delivery to Hell's Kitchen has always been super fast, and food is generally still hot! My one complaint is that they will make minor substitutions without alerting you. Like for a make-you-own salad, I guess they were once missing a requested ingredient and substituted red peppers (which I do not like). They once also supplied a whole wheat rill instead of the rye bread I had requested. Overall, they are good about alerting you to which items are only available at certain times (like after 11) and very good about updating their webpage with what is available that day (as some types of sushi, for example, arent alays available). This is my favorite Seamless kosher place to order from.

I used to really like this place, but the quality of food and service seems to have decreased of late. When they first opened they seemed to go out of their way to provide top quality service, food and presentation. Now the portions have gradually become (significantly) smaller so you get less bang for your buck, and the quality of the food and presentation seems to have also decreased somewhat... EDIT: I recently had a terrible order experience from this place, when I called to complain, the manager was quite rude and essentially told me to stop ordering from them. Well, I guess they don't need my business (although I've been ordering from them almost daily they don't seem to appreciate that at all) and I certainly don't need their lousy service and attitude. So, unfortunately, although there are so few Kosher options, I will have to discontinue patronizing this store due to their lack of professionalism and customer-friendliness. I later called (the very helpful) Seamless customer service who spoke to the restaurant and kind of somoothed things over (also got a refund), but I still don't think I'll be back after this experience...

Just go to the store. The food is fine enough. You'll have a hard time finding cheaper Kosher pizza in the city, and it's fine. It's not amazing pizza, but it's not bad. Thing is, if you get it delivered, it'll almost definitely arrive cold. And they're not great about avoiding that. In-store, you can get 2 slices for $5 and it comes with a soda. Delivered, you have to hit an annoying $10 minimum to get cold pizza and it doesn't come with any freebies. So if you want pizza, they're fine in-store, but delivery is eh.

I ordered a slice of pizza and the salmon salad. They followed my instructions for the salad, but didn't send the pizza. The food was only 10 minutes after the delivery estimate (I usually add at least 15 minutes to a restaurant's estimate, so they were on time by my count). I missed the delivery guy's call twice, but he fortunately tried a third time before giving up. Also, when I pointed out the lack of pizza, he called the restaurant to tell them to deliver the pizza- I'd give him 5 stars.

Delivery took the time it said it would and the food was fresh and delicious. I got the Vegetable soup and a create your own salad. I did order a spicy salmon avocado roll and it was forgotten. I called and received good customer service, they offered to send it over but I opted for a credit towards my next order instead.

Great fresh food, very efficient in delivery! I happened to have ordered something they ran out of, and they called to offer a refund or alternative dishes. So it's good food AND service!

Hard to say if the food is good or not as it's been an hour and a half and no one has arrived. I called and they said "he's almost there" about half an hour ago. Now, upon a second calling, no one answers the phone. It simply rings and rings. Perhaps restaurants that haven't the capacity to promise a 30-45 minute delivery when they're 50 blocks south of your address should not promise such things. Unless the food is killer, you can bet I won't be ordering from here again.

The delivery estimate was 30-45 minutes and it is now 2 hours since I ordered and the food is still not here. If you can't deliver in the estimated time then change it on the website and I won't order from you. I called a few times and they say any minute and that was 25 minutes ago. Can't imagine my soup will be warm either. One star is even tooo kind.

They have great food and they call you when they don`t have something and they deliver usually within 1 hour the delivery people are normal and very nice overall a good place to order from. It seems there service has started to decline and when i called some guy answer the phone."who said we are vrery busy and we don`t have time to help you."

We order from here or go to the restaurant at least 4 times a week. The food is great, the service is friendly, the prices are reasonable and delivery from Seamless is usually quick and flawless. And the "Slice of Heaven" cheesecake really is a slice of heaven. It is fantastic!
