Horrible delivery service. Est time was 45-60 min and I waited almost 2 hours for my order to arrive AND they charge a $3 delivery fee???? If you are going to charge that high a fee, at least deliver in the time frame or don't even bother being on here. I had to call and cancel the order. The manager of the restaurant was nice about it but still will never order from here again.

I ordered from here. After waiting an hour, I get a call from a girl who asked me where River Drive was. (River Drive is the main street through Newport along the waterfront.) They sent the delivery person who evidently was unfamiliar with the area, on foot, to deliver to address she was unfamiliar with. I had ordered milkshakes which I had hoped would still be frozen and burgers and fries which I had hoped would still be hot. Since I knew neither would be true, I told her to go back to Johnny Rockets and I asked them to resend the order with someone who knew where they were going. Will update with another review when my order arrives.
