A few weeks ago I ordered a ham sandwich from Jose Bernstein. I tried posting a review then which never showed up. So am trying again. Ham sandwich was gross, bottom half soaked with undrained lettuce. Cheapest grade of processed ham product. Cole slaw bitter and inedible. Worst take out meal I have ever experienced!

I had heard lots of great things about the Kalbi Burrito and it was delicious, but not as great as I wanted it to be. The beef was fatty and there were huge clumps in the burrito so I would pull half of it out when taking a bite. Guess my teeth are not strong enough, but if they cut it in pieces would have been fine. Guacamole was gross, looked like fake avocados that were blended too long. Best thing about the meal was the chips which were crunchy, but there have to be a lot of other options before this one.

The food was quite good and the staff was very nice and caring. They even called me to let me know that my order was ready for pickup!
