3.5 stars. Food is pretty tasty & sushi is decent, especially for delivery. Will definitely order again. My favorite thing to order here is the Suki Beef Rice. Last time, my food came in 20 minutes! Typically takes them half an hour & I've never had to wait longer than an hour for my food.

75 minutes later, food still had not come. called the restaurant and the woman sounded confused/clueless. had to cancel and get refunded. DON'T BOTHER.

The food was 2.5 hours late, with no apology or remorse. On top of that, the food was sub-par, cold, and the fried icecream I ordered had spilled all over the bag/food containers. I ordered for a fun night in, and ended up with bad food and a stomach ache with frustration.

Great fast service about 20 minutes. Amazing blazing oysters seaweed salad fresh and the tiny orange eggs or caviar mmm mmm... Was enjoyed by everyone although has a fishy smell to it so dispose when content outside your premises.

Delicious udon soup! Especially nice that the noodles and vegetables came packaged separately so they didn't get soggy during delivery.

Ordered the gyoza (tasty but arrived luke warm), the salmon sashimi and the Niners Roll. Decent food for delivery. Salmon had a mild fishy taste to it.

Hot n fast. Had the udon, awesome. It came w noodles and soup separated. Tekka maki was delish as well as soft shell crab. Def gettin again

Kaka Udon is by far one of the best sushi restaurants in San Francisco! I've gone through almost every restaurant that Seamless.com offers and Kaka Udon is definitely one to order from. Their fish is always fresh, the rolls are made well and they make homemade gyoza and udon noodles. I recommend the gyoza, BBQ Udon, spicy tuna roll and hamachi roll. The only reason i didn't give them a 5 star review is because the other night I ordered their Dragon Roll. It wasn't up to the standard that I'm used to at Kaka Udon and when I called them to ask for a refund or a new roll, they refused and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Of course, I will still order from this restaurant, but I hope this kind of problem will not come up again.
