Karma Kafe

The food at Karma Kafe is usually very good...but the wait times are crazy AT BEST...the fact that you have to wait 60-70 minutes is ridiculous...however, tonight I have had to wait over 95 minutes (and still no food as of this writing)...when I've called the restaurant twice now, they only say it will be here soon...I had to press them to even get an apology...I will not be ordering from them again. There are too many other fine Indian restaurants in the area to deal with poor service and poor customer service.

Excellent quality. Minimum amount for delivery is economical. Ordering from Karma Kafe is part of my weekly routine.

Karma Kafe has the best Paneer Palak I have EVER had, and I have eaten this dish all over the US and the UK. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Really love the food from here, however DELIVERY PERSON was HORRIBLE. Literally called me up from his car and screamed on the phone "DON'T FORGET MY TIP!", after bringing my food in over an hour. When we met, I asked him, who he works for, he says Karma. Then he says, I am not the owner, so I don't care what they charge. Horrible ethics for an employee to bring down the reputation of the restaurant. This experience will make me think 10 times before I order for delivery again. I'll definitely dine IN Karma, its a good experience.

Good food but notoriously bad delivery and customer service. They have a real attitude and never apologize when your order is grossly late. India on the Hudson is better and they actually treat their customers with respect. Karma has lost a longtime customer.

had dinner from them last night; i received a lot of good, interesting food that arrived in half an hour and was all the right temperature from a very nice polite delivery man who wasn't put out when i had to interrupt signing to grab a hold of my involved puppy. had karma naan that was warm and delicious and very filling to go with samosa's that were good and the coconut chicken soup was very good and a new flavor for me as were the desserts, which i enjoyed. i'm no expert on indian food but i think it is very good and i will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

I absolutely love the food here. They have takes on classic Indian dishes I had never had before and they are so unique and delicious! The lamb korma is amazing, and the Karma Naan is something you'll never forget. I will order from here again and again because the food and portions are great for the money and their service and delivery is usually before the time they specify. Great new find!

Best delivery Indian food in Jersey City I've found so far (and I've looked a lot!) Flavor food & they don't charge you for condiments like mixed pickle or chutneys.

their food is consistently the typical Indian fare, but they need to work on their delivery times. I ordered at 8 PM and it's 10 PM now, and the food is nowhere near reaching me. The fact that no one cares about apologizing or making it up in some form or the other, is all the more ridiculous. Needless to say, I will not order from here again & will ask my friends to do the same.

My favorite Indian place in Hoboken. Consistently great food, though the wait is a little long. I order all the time and haven't been disappointed.
