Absolutely the worst delivery experience I've had through Seamless to date. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called the delivery service used by Karyn's, only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told "we're really busy, so I'll have to call you back." I never got a call back, but a half hour later I received a delivery of food that was cold and soggy. Had I received this meal at a restaurant I would have sent every item back - nothing was edible. I contacted the delivery service and was put on hold again. I contacted Seamless, but after waiting 40 minutes the best they could offer me was $6 off my $45 order - that didn't even cover the delivery fee & tip. I asked to speak with a manager at Seamless, but they refused to talk with me. I tried contacting the restaurant, but after this 3 hour ordeal they were closed. Let this be a warning, not just about this restaurant and their delivery service, but for all Seamless orders - if you are dissatisfied with your order, you are basically out of luck.
