Kati Roll Company (53rd St.)

The salad good and quite small. Now for the SECOND time I gott the wrong order. The form says Chicken Tikka Paratha Roll and Achari Paneer Paratha Roll. I got two Chicen Tikka Rolls. I am very disappointed. Both times there was no Paneer to be found. I just called. Not only are they sending the Paneer but a can of soda, too. That is quite lovely. I will try a third time as I have eaten there (or taken out) many times in the past.

I see lots of reviews for bad delivery, but I just got my order of 3 different rolls (potato and egg, paneer and pickle, and lamb) about 10 minutes after I placed the order, so it looks like they improved that. Food is really good, exactly the spicy-savory flavor I was craving.

Food never arrived - after 2.5 hours and calling Kati 6 times, I had no choice but to cancel. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they said they had new delivery people but after ordering again and the food never coming I am done with them.

The Unda Chicken Roti Roll is excellent. I recommend ordering two rolls for lunch. One isn't quite enough. I just wish the delivery minimum was less than $18 - or I'd be ordering from here every day!

They delivered on time, and the food was delicious. But they completely missed all the special instructions and forgot to include 1 unda roll but charged me for it. I would still order with them, for I love the food - but they ought to be more careful in fulfilling online orders.

I would definitely get the egg just because they are a little dry otherwise, but these kati rolls are the bomb.

Tasty, low-calorie lunch option. It's a little dry unless you get the rolls that include egg. All of them taste amazing, though. 1 for a light lunch, 2 if you're really hungry.

I've waited for over 2hrs for my order and it still has not arrived. Called the restaurant and they have said for the past hr that it should be on its way. They would not refund my order or dispatch a new one. Terrible service.
