Please do not order from here - we just placed an order and the pastrami sandwich was missing. When we called, the person that answered the phone said he checked the bag himself and would not give a refund or send a new order! Ridiculous.

it pains me to write this as a diehard katz fan but this delivery service is horrible. i spent $31.36 on 1/16 and $35.33 earlier today and both meals were completely inedible. both times the sandwiches have been hot and fresh, but the pastrami they give you is old, has no juices/seasoning and it damn near half fat. this afternoon when i gave them another go I pushed through half and chucked the other. Can't remember ever not finishing a pastrami hero let alone throwing it away. fries were good as always though.

Horrible Service, i ordered a cheeseburger and fries, the food came after 1 hours ice cold and uneatable, i call the restaurant and the guy who answered was absolutely out of the line. he was arguing with me that the food can't be cold and thats impossible, i asked him to pick up the food as i will not eat it, he said he doesn't have time and hung up the phone. will never order again from this sloppy restaurant. with horrible staff

Great Jewish Delicatessen... I go there for the Matzo ball soup for years, so happy they were added to seamless! delivery fee is a little much though
