La Cocina De Mama Too

La Cocina is wonderful. The food is delivered hot, great portions... great food. My area is around McGolrick Park in Greenpoint, and there's not enough variety around here... this place was a great discovery. Seriously. So far everything I've ordered has been delicious.

I have to start out by saying that, yes, on a busy night you will be waiting a little over an hour... but when you taste the food... you dont even care about the wait. Its better than anything ive had outside of family dinners. left this Puerto Rican New York native wanting more! get the chicharronfongo and the carne frita de cerdo entree with rice and beans!

Amazingly cheap and very tasty. The wait, however, was close to an hour and a half. They were good about answering the phone and letting me know where my order stood.

Two hours later we still haven't gotten our food (in a 45-60min delivery window). They were incredibly rude and unhelpful on the phone as well. I will never order from them again.

I ordered the rotisserie chicken, the sweet plantains & the tostones with chicken mash. I was hesitant to try the restaurant but am SO glad I did. I will absolutely be ordering from here again.

Food is astonishing, and delivery times are usually quick. Just make sure to allow extra delivery time on busy nights, as this place is getting popular!

This place is pretty amazing! Huge portions, super good , home cooked ,typical Puerto Rican cuisine. Left overs for days! Deliver is super fast and the delivery guys are good dudes. Order here.

Another fantastic meal delivered!! I am hooked!! The food is delicious. The chicken is moist. The tres leche is addictive and holy cow, talk about fast delivery!! From when I placed my order to the time they rang my bell was only 18 minutes!! I will continue ordering from them!!!

Really great food at an incredible value. A nice mix of menu items provides a wide array of latin american flavors. In addition, their attention to customer service is unparalleled. I had an issue with ordering once and the owner reached out to me personally to make sure everything was ok and the issue was resolved. It's refreshing to see someone care so much. I'd highly recommend ordering from here.
