The confirmation email promised 30-45 minute delivery time. After an hour and a half we still had no food. A call to the restaurant at the one-hour mark produced a curt "he's left already and should be there in five minutes" while a second call thirty minutes later got a politer version of the same answer. This restaurant clearly is not set up to do deliveries.

We've ordered a number of times from La Silhouette - their burger is absolutely great, as are the fries. They always deliver within 30 minutes (we are 60th street East). This time they we got mashed potato instead of fries - I was really looking forward to the fries, so called to complain. The manager immediately apologized and refunded the amount. So excellent service as far as I'm concerned. And the mashed was very good too.....

its been 2hours and the food never arrived. they didnt even have the descency to call or anything. after wait hour and half i called and they were rude and just said it'll be there soon. well guess what? it never did

The food is very good. The service is bad. I have started ordering often, but lately they keep messing up my order. The food is great, but if you want to get what you actually ordered, this place is now a bit of gamble.

I was not impressed by the cassoulet. I also wonder why this restaurant offers delivery, except that they have a bad location, and then deliver bland cassoulet. Sorry, I just don't anyone to get excited by their delivery.

I order the cassoulet--it was ABSOLUTELY delicious! One of the best dishes I've ever had, and that is saying a lot. I can't speak for the other dishes though. In addition, the portion was quite small. But hey, when in Toulousse...
