seamless does not equal what they have available. Lenz's needs to re-do their seemless site. I called and they don't have any of the pizza they say is available here. guy on the phone had no idea. just a mess. decent in person but a hassle online.

They called after 30 mins to tell me everything I ordered was not available, so I ended up making substitutions. The delivery person claimed he could not read English and refused to press the buttons to get into my building instead kept calling and asking me to come down. I don't understand how he read my phone number but could not hit the numbers to get into my building. Also deliver guy seemed like someone who worked for Peter copper village.

Not updated menu!! Ordered from here yesterday and their menu said included a salad with the meal and I didn't receive one, yet the side of dressing? Make sense, NO. Don't order from here, worst food, worst customer service.

FRIENDLY staff! Great timing! They even called and told me their espresso machine was broken, so they gave me TWO iced coffees instead! I'll definitely be ordering from them again. that's how you do business! BTW the fries came NICE & CRISPY! JUST how I like it!

Disappointing service. I ordered a steak. A few minutes later, a guy called to say that they were out of steak. I tried asking for a refund, but the guy couldn't seem to understand-- he wanted me to order something else instead. And their phone connection was poor. I'll never order anything from this place again.
