Liberty Cafe

Disappointing. I ordered from Liberty Cafe because of how quickly they say they'll get to me, but they took twice as long as the time stated. On top of that, the add-ins for my omelette are incredibly sparing. At the most they have me one mushroom and a few leaves of spinach with a slice of swiss... not what I expected. May as well order somewhere else with a slightly longer turnaround time since it'll end up taking the same time anyway, but you'll get more everywhere else.

Liberty Cafe serves excellent lunchtime specials. I highly recommend the chicken parm, as well as their made-to-order sandwiches.

Cheesesteak and Fries should be a goto for any NYC "cafe". It was delivered in a plastic clam shell so the already lackluster fries got soggy and cold. Cheesesteak was almost good; just not enough actually steak. I guess inflation is hitting them. Overall poor experience, delivery guy was very late and didnt have his phone to call me when he arrived.

I was very upset to see that I was delivered the wrong salad and the wrong chips. This has happened to me a number of times and I don't think i will order from Liberty again. If I were to call to have my lunch exchanged for the correct one it would like too long.

Not bad when you go in person to order, but delivery is absolutely terrible. Waited 1 hour for a breakfast sandwich on a roll when I'm only 4 blocks away. Unfortunately I couldn't leave the office to pick it up myself. They give you day old stale rolls and everything was cold cold cold! Ugh so annoyed.

They were super-late, so I had to miss delivery because I needed to attend a meeting. I asked them to re-make and re-deliver at a different time. They said sure; but then never showed.... total waste of time.

After a promised delivery estimate of 10-25 minutes, I called after 35 when my breakfast had still not arrived. I was told that it would be here any second. So when it still hadn't arrived ten minutes later, I called again. They were going to look into it. Finally, after 50 minutes, I got my omelette only to have it be the wrong order.

We placed an order from here because the delivery time was 10-25 minutes An 1 hour and 20 minutes later our food STILL isn't here!! I've called twice. The first call I was told "the delivery time doesn't mean anything because the are located on 43st", I'm on 59th St. :-/ The second call I was told "he'll be there 10 minutes" 30 minutes later HE STILL AIN'T HERE!!!

DELIVERY OF FOOD IS ENTIRELY TOO LONG FOR A RESTAURANT THAT IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET !! This has become a bad habit - and it's a turn off as a customer !!!

Ordered a daily special at 12:30 pm (that's lunch time) and they were "out" of one of the daily specials?? They either had a bus load of people at noon who wanted the special or they never made it. I'm betting on the latter.

Super fast and super cheap. I ordered a meatball sub and it tasted aight, but there was no sauce...just bread, cheese, and meatballs. It sure woulda been a lot better with some sauce, I'll tell you what.
