Liberty Cafe & Taco Bell (Famous One)

My food came 50 minutes late. Everything was cold. I called the cafe several times and was hung up on the first three times. The food was subpar and the people were rude.

Over 1 hr & half delivery for 4 blocks away. Cold soggy tacos. All request for additions to order ignored. Will never order from them again. Thank you for worst experience ever!!!

One of these days, Seamless restaurants are going to realize that if you don't have something in stock, customers don't like you RANDOMLY guessing at what you want instead. Half my order was just random substitutions and one part of my meal just wasn't in my order. It's really that hard to pick up the phone and ask what I'd want in return when the restaurant doesn't have something in stock that they claim they should? Apparently for this one it is.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! Our order never arrived. When we tried calling to ask where it was, all I said was "I placed an order on seamless," and the person hung up on me. I tried calling over and over again, and no one would pick up the phone after that.

They get your order right half the time. Today I received an order from Taco Bell that was missing two items, and contained a burrito with half of the ingredients. It was the saddest burrito ever. They also included some cinnamon twists which I did not order. I called back to find out what the deal was, and it appears they were out of potato, so they just guessed at replacements rather than call me to ask what I'd like instead. Headaches. It's good when they get it right.

This restaurant does not do a good job getting orders right -- today they delivered COLD burrito and taco, with NO sauce and a watered-down (no ice left at all) Pepsi. I ordered iced tea. When I called, they said they couldn't send anything else for over an hour -- they are across the street. Unacceptable. This is not the first time they've done this, but it will be the last as I will not order from them in the future.

Rude. They hang up the phone on you, when you call after an hour of no delivery. Got the order wrong, as they don't read instructions, and obviously won't admit their mistake. If they care this little about their customers, can you imagine the level of hygiene in their kitchens? I would avoid this place at all cost. Based all the negative reviews, it was my mistake for even thinking of ordering.

Avoid! The food was 40 minutes late, the restaurant would not answer the phone when I called, and the food delivered was not the food that I ordered. This restaurant should be banned from Seamless.
