Lil' Bites Cafe

I ordered from Lil' Bites tonight, and it was a really good experience overall even though I didn't end up with what I originally ordered. I placed an order for a salmon burger, and maybe 5 minutes later I got a call saying they were out. They were super apologetic and allowed me to pick something else and even offered me dessert as an extra. I've had other restaurants replace my order with something else without even asking me ... so this was refreshing and appreciated. I chose a black bean burger and seasoned fries. The food arrived within 30 minutes and it was hot, fresh and tasted really good. The delivery guy was also super friendly. I will definitely be ordering from this place again.

The food was really great. But it wasnt a great Seamless experience because they were WAY off with their delivery estimates. I eventually had to call after over an hour waiting and THEN the delivery guy left. Not cool.

Saw all the bad reviews and for some reason I ordered anyway. I didn't mind that they had no donuts at noon on a Saturday. I didn't mind when they called me back saying they also didn't have steak to complete sandwich & I'd have to order something else. I still didn't mind when the delivery took about 2 HOURS (and I live close)...but when I finally tasted my food and it was bad, I couldn't believe it! No thanks, Lil' Bites.

I've only had one incident with a late order, but the food is VERY GOOD. Quick delivery, helps that I live two blocks away, but they are cordial and were very apologetic for the one bad order. Will consistently order.

I wanted my burger well done and when I got it, it was so dry and the roast beef wrap was ok. The sun dried tomatoes were too big in it. The seasoned fries were delicious! So was the carrot cupcake.
