So - I have ordered a few times from Little Sicily. Last night, I ordered a calzone and a small pizza. I specifically requested sauce for the calzone and of course, it is delivered with none. When I called, I explained to the man who answered and he essentially could have cared less. His response you may ask? After putting me on hold, he came back and replied - 'I forgot'. Nothing else. Sorry - but when you are ordering from a place multiple times per week, an apology wouldn't be out of the question. If you are going to order Pizza, order from Anthony's. Anthony's pizza is tasty, the service is great and the owner actually cares about your experience not only with his food, but from a customer service perspective as well.
