I ordered a build-it-yourself sandwich (can't go wrong, obviously) and blind-ordered the soup of the day (one of my favorite--and most delicious--games) and they sent me an awesome, hearty chicken soup! How did you know I have the sniffles, Lodge?! Thanks for a perfect lunch!

Rip off! I haven't eaten at Lodge several times and every time i tell myself to never eat there again, this is the last time. I got food delivered recently and once again it was extremely expensive and disgusting. Kale salad: $12 for some over salted kale and a salad dressing that tastes like it comes from a bottle. Chicken Tenders: gross!! Covered in cheddar cheese, i think...over breaded, soggy and cold. I will not eat here again

Love this place, we order it all the time and food is fantastic--original, and very tasty sandwiches...we also tend to get flat water instead of sparkling water frequently....work on that, Lodge people! Also why no desserts on your Seamless site?

This was the worst ordering experience I've had in my lifetime. I got my food 2 hours 10 minutes after I ordered it, cold and mushed up like it had been in a washing machine. I called after 1.5 hours and they said there was no buzzer so they called, but got the wrong person. They had called the number listed on Seamless (an old number) and did not look at the delivery instructions which explicitly stated there was not buzzer and gave my correct number. So I got cold food hours after ordering, with no apology from either the woman on the phone or the delivery guy, who didn't say anything or even look me in the eye - handed it to me and turned around and left. This is the delivery guy who the minimum tip amount for is $5.50 on Seamless. Terrible, terrible service and mushed up food that was pretty disgusting. No gesture from Lodge to make up for this experience.

Sandwich was especially ordinary considering it cost ten dollars. What was worse was the attitude of the guy dropping it off - left me in doubt that bringing me my order was hugely inconvenient. Although I quite like the Lodge, I'll not order delivery from them again.

Dine in over delivery; the food is usually late and cold. One time they got an entire burger extremely wrong. I ordered a veggie burger and they brought a very much MEAT burger. They corrected the order, without apologizing, and brought a veggie one (still cold), but then got the add ons wrong and offered no price compensation for the very late, wrong, cold meal.

The kale caesar salad was good, but it was quite small (filled less than half of the container it came in) for the price that they charged. Also, I ordered a sparkling water and got a bottle of still mineral water instead which sort of defeated the purpose of paying for a water. I probably won't order this again.

Don't bother if you have a large order for multiple people from this place, they won't label anything. Granted, its a weirdly picky request, but if you have to order for an ENTIRE OFFICE from a restaurant and then later have to sort and deliver it, this is essential and everywhere else we've ordered from in the past has done this. Whoever took the order and called back claimed the cooks "didn't speak English and wouldn't write it out". That seems insulting to their staff, as if they can read a ticket and someone has to pack the bags, that person could spend the extra five seconds to write a name on the box.

Honestly, the food is amazing, but that is meaningless if the food arrives ice cold. It's mainly because fo the containers. They're made for SANDWICHES. They don't keep warmth and with delivery taking as long as it does, food gets cold very fast. The containers also leak, ruining everything else in the bag.

If you don't have the proper containers to deliver something, it shouldn't be on the menu. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and although awesome, half of it was spilled in the bag because it was put in the same container you would put a SANDWICH. Get the soup containers for God's sake. My close to 25$ order was kind of ruined. I love the food but get the delivery figured out.

I ordered an egg sandwich on Saturday. The food came late, the egg sandwich/potatoes were ice cold and the sandwich was in shambles.Somehow, my 'scrambled' egg's yolk had basted the whole bottom bun of the sandwich. Yay.
