Long Grain Thai & Japanese (formerly Lemongrass Grill Broadway)

Pretty decent food...what I'd expect from a Thai delivery restaurant. The Lemongrass Wings are really good and their calamari is good, when not over-cooked. I absolutely love their Fun in Black w/ chicken. Delivery is fast....and I don't live that close. Will be ordering from them again!

I love their panang curry. i order from here at least one time per week. their delivery gentleman is friendly and always delivers the food with a smile. these little things go a long way.

First, the delivery men are extremely rude. They'll walk 5 blocks and complain about a $2.00 tip on a $10 order. Secondly, there's better Pad Thai and Pad See Yew in the area. While it wasn't awful, in light of the poor attitude of the workers, I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on.

I never write reviews, but the sushi is AMAZING!!! Seriously some of the best sushi I've had in NYC, and it's good even when it's been delivered. The fish is super fresh and it's always just perfect. The Thai and everything else is pretty average, but the SUSHI is seriously so so so good. All of it. I love the Ohyami roll, the NY roll, and of course - spicy tuna.

Oh my gosh, delish. Love the thai salad rolls--they're fresh and filled with lettuce, basil, and big shrimps. I asked for extra sauce and it was there in my delivery, without any extra charge (as some places do). I think the volcano roll Japanese appetizer is also destined to be favorite--really great flavor! Best of all--even with the Nemo blizzard raging delivery was super fast.

Definitely my Best of Seamless 2012 -- with delicious thai food in gigantic portions, fresh sushi, and speedy delivery. My favorites (of which there are many) are the Spicy String Bean Basil, the Lemongrass Entree, the Salmon and Shrimp Combo or the Thai Mango Sauce.

It's ok food, but I've had a number of sort of annoying experiences -- they consistently put peanuts on my pad thai even though I very carefully say "No peanuts, please" each time, they once forgot an order of dumplings, and they once delivered my food to somebody else by mistake.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LONG GRAIN. Delivery is supposed to take up to 45 minutes. After over 1 1/2 hours and FOUR phone calls to get a status, the food finally arrived. And it's not even that good - not at all worth the wait. During one of the four phone calls, the manager of Long Grain told me that the delivery guy was 1-2 minutes way....25 minutes later, our food arrived.

I usually order sushi from here, and the wait is 30 - 45 minutes, but unfortunately, today, I decided to order a Thai dish, and I waited 30 minutes only to find out that they forgot the rice that comes with the dish. I called back to alert them of this mistake, and they promised someone was coming over immediately. After a half an hour of waiting, i called to see if my rice was still on the way only to be reassured that it was coming now. Another 30 minutes later, I was about to call and complain again, and that after an hour and half I still have yet to eat my food, because they forgot the rice that comes with my dish, someone finally shows up. At this point I am so hungry from waiting, the delivery guy doesn't understand how buzzers work, and I have to buzz him in 2 more times before he figures it out. I think, after all this terrible service, I'll be looking for another Thai/Japanese place that is more responsive to their customers.

Food arrived quickly, but I just wasn't impressed with the quality at all. The summer roll was decent, but the hoisin dipping sauce didn't really taste that great. It seemed like it was watered down. The vegetables in peanut sauce did not come as I expected. The peanut sauce was on the side, which was fine with me, but I was not happy with the assortment of vegetables. It was really heavy on the onions, peppers and greenbeans. I was expecting mainly broccoli. There were even some random tomatoes in there. It wasn't a very appetizing mix for a thai dish...it was more an assortment for a stir fry. I don't know about any of the other dishes, but I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered Pad Thai Rice Noodles, Crispy Fried Vegetable Dumpling and Key Lime Pie. Order arrived pretty quickly but food was disappointing. Pad Thai was not as flavorful as other pad thais I have tried. It was still ok tasting but very mild flavoured. The crispy dumplings were nothing special. Key lime pie was horrible. The pie itself was ok but they added whipped cream, I think, chocolate sauce and it was key lime pie a la soupy mess by the time it arrived.

I am very impressed by my delivery from Long Grain. I ordered the Pad Thai lunch special, and not only was everything very tasty and fresh, but the portions were huge for the price. I also ordered the fried banana, which was delicious. Delivery was quick, too! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good food, great prices, and (so far) reliable service.
