Lucia's Cafe

The food was tasty - when it arrived. Delivery was supposed to be within 25-40 minutes of placing the order. It arrived over an hour later. The containers were covered in some type of oily/greasy substance (seemingly from two of the hot dishes that were ordered). We're not sure whether they left the restaurant in that condition or whether the delivery person was careless when handling. It was quite a mess.

The two cheese pizza deal is a great deal...too bad the pizzas don't taste spectacular.

Food is generally disappointing and not delivered on time. Would not recommend this place at all if you are hungry - likely to be left waiting and unsatisfied.

Even though the food is very good, the time it takes to get food delivered is horrible. 1 hour and 40 minutes have now passed and my order still has not been delivered, despite listing a delivery time of between 25-40 minutes. As a matter of fact, when I called Lucia's I was told my order had not even left yet. This is totally unacceptable. My order was placed at 11 a.m., so there is no excuse to not have the order delivered within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, this is not the first time delivery has taken a long time. Using "we are very busy" all the time is not an acceptable excuse -- hire more drivers!
