Burgers were delicious, onion rings were on deck. It wasn't delivered on time only due to heavy rain, but I don't blame them at all. Would order here again.

chicken fingers were burnt and very dry. The patty for the lucky burger tasted like something I got out of a supermarket freezer. The onion rings were delicious and so was the chocolate shake. Delivery was very fast and friendly!

Delivery was quick. Fries are delicious. Burger is great- and seasoned well. I would give it 4.5 stars because nothing in life is perfect. But great for a late night bite!

I felt compelled to write a review tonight because my last review of Lucky's written almost a year-and-a-half ago was so aggressively harsh that seamless actually took it back down after a few days (as I recall, it was warranted, though!). But that was then, this is now. After several of my friends individually praised the shift in quality and management at Lucky's, I decided to take advantage of the 20% off discount they're now offering on seamless and I gave them another shot. Boy, am I glad I did! Keep in mind, I'm a huge condiment junkie, so it's saying a lot when I tell you that my burger was so ridiculously well seasoned and juicy that I couldn't even imagine adulterating it with sauce -- I ate it plain and savored it! Wow! On top of that, every single detail in my write-in boxes was acknowledged and accommodated. Delivery came fast and hot, and the milkshake was cement-thick and ice cold. I took off one star because the "cheese" on the chili-cheese dog was that fluorescent yellow glop, the chicken in the buffalo wrap was pretty dried out, and the veggie burger immediately squirted out of the bun in mushy blobs (it was clearly homemade, however, and tasted great when eaten with a fork). But hey, it's called Lucky BURGERS -- not lucky veggies or lucky chicken -- and wow, they do burgers GREAT!

I'm only about a block or so away and I ordered before the dinner rush but they made great time, the burger was perfectly cooked and still piping hot, and the fries were astounding. I'll definitely be ordering from lucky again, super impressed and super full.

Burgers weren't bad and they got to me within the expected time, but they forgot to put the special sauce on my burger and the chipotle mayo on my friend's. Called to let them know, but the manager attempted to deny that they would forget to add the sauces. What was I supposed to do? Take a picture of my burger and prove it to him? He offered to send a free order of fries with the sauces, which I accepted, and would have been very satisfied with, but it never came. Would have given 4 stars, but -1 for forgetting the sauces, and -1 for horrible service.

The burger was messily put together and the delivery was a little slow. Still pretty good burger and chocolate milkshake (although it wasn't properly mixed. The center was vanilla the outside chocolate).
