I ordered a hawaiian pizza and ceasar salad and both were horrible. To be fair, I wasn't able to really critique these items accurately because my pizza came ICE cold and my salad was beyond wilted with extra soft croutons (not supposed to be the soft kind haha) You honestly would do better with an oven pizza...I really wanted to like this place but in a city where there is pizza on every corner, this place would definitely be in the back of the line....and it's not that cheap either. So my advice: save your money and try elsewhere if you're craving pizza.

Worst experience on seemless I have ever had. Food never showed. After an hour, they told me delivery guy gave up, but decided not to let me know. When I called they were extremely rude. Then send out another delivery guy. Food came 2.5 hours after order. They refused to give refund or discount. Food was terrible, cold, and ended up getting me sick. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Got confirmation of my order at 7:22pm. Food didn't arrive until after 9:30pm. We got a call after about 40min that there was only one delivery person and so our food would be "later". After 90min, we called back and were told he left 2-5min ago and was taking the subway. FYI: If you only have one delivery person and he has to take the subway to deliver the food, perhaps you shouldn't deliver. When the food finally arrived, we were given a free order of garlic knots (I assume to make up for the wait). The pizza was of course cold and pretty bland, especially the crust. We only tried this place because of the 20% discount, but will not be re-ordering.

Love this place for a slice when I'm walking by, but delivery was AWFUL. Pizza arrived stone cold after an hour, and without the toppings I paid extra for. Salad arrived with no dressing, garlic knots were also totally cold. Will not order for delivery again.

I've ordered from here a few times and its been totally fine...I was almost scared away by other reviews, but I haven't had any problems so far. It's traditional New York pizza, I like it, and the delivery time has always been pretty close to what they estimate. So I don't know if I'm just lucky or if other people are just picky, but this place is cool with me.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I was stupid enough not to check the reviews before I ordered, so I ordered a pizza. Over our video system, I can see the delivery guy come to our place, but he obviously hasn't read the Seamless instructions that say you have to push our buzzer #20, and he doesn't have a cell phone to call us, so he just leaves. When I call the restaurant to tell them, this is what I get from the guy: ME: The delivery guy was just here, but... PIZZA GUY: No no no! You don't take the pizza from the guy in the car! You take it from the guy on the bicycle! ME: No, that's not what I'm saying. This guy didn't even have a bicycle... PIZZA GUY: [Getting angry] What?!? He's supposed to take the bicycle into the apartment? ME: No! That's not what I'm saying! He wanted to deliver the pizza but he didn't know how to work the buzzer. PIZZA GUY: You were probably in the shower when he pushed the buzzer! ME: I was not in the shower! I saw the whole thing happen over the video camera! This infuriating conversation continues until I hang up. When the guy finally comes, he still can't figure out how to get in, and still doesn't have a cell phone, so my husband had to go chase him down to get the pizza, which wasn't very good anyway. ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Worst delivery experience ever. An hour after I put in the order I called and they said the delivery guy was leaving with my order in 3 minutes. 45 minutes later I called to ask what was going on, and instead of apologizing the guy on the phone blamed it on Seamless and said he had made my order as soon as they got it and that it took less than 10 minutes and the delivery guy was already on his way, then started yelling at me, never once said sorry that the food was so late. 20 minutes later the food finally came, and it was mediocre at best. Absolutely ridiculous, do not waste your money on this place, ordering from literally anywhere else will be a better decision.

I ordered at 10pm, and now, at 1:15am, I am going to bed....the food never came. I called 3 times, and each time the restaurant said that it was on the way. I just can't stay awake any longer--I'm so sleepy :( . Well, I'll eat something tomorrow. Super sad--this place is horrible, but Seamless absolutely helped me, gave my money back, and will be following up tomorrow. Thanks, Seamless!

Cheap, tasty. My experience has always been a swift delivery. And, the individual pizza is a great way to have some pie without committing to eating it for the next day or two.

I ordered food from this establishment at 1:03pm on a Friday afternoon. The food has still not arrived as of 3:03pm. Seamless web was great and credited my account. I cannot comment on the food itself-but the staff was rude and unprofessional when I inquired why my food had not arrived in TWO hours!
