Mangia (Downtown)

Mangia offers excellent variety and their food continues to be among the very best delivery options. After the closure of the Wall St location, the delivery from 23rd St to downtown Manhattan is suboptimal at best.

The food is good but the service is incredibly slow. They seem to route their orders to another mangia that is far from here. I ordered twice, and twice it took over 1.5hours. The first time they even forgot a part of the order. Would order because it's good food, but way too slow to be worth it.

I ordered at 3:30 pm, and nearly 2 hours later, at 5:14 pm, still no delivery and the restaurant did not pick up the phone. I will not use Mangia again. This was the worst experience I've had on Seamlessweb-- which I use everyday.

Lasagna was ice cold by the time it arrived to my apartment. Delivery took 1 hour even though Mangia is only a 15 minute walk away.

A regrettable experience. Took one hour and 20 mins to deliver my $36 order only seven blocks away. When it finally did arrive, it was cold and almost inedible. Cant fairly rate the taste of cold food, but the fries were complete junk. You blew it Mangia - never again and not recommended.

I usually don't review, but Mangia's Steak strip sandwich was sooo good. It wasn't greasy or anything. Steak was unbelievably tender. Enjoy.

I placed a future order for about 3 hours in advance, but the restaurant mistakenly delivered my food a couple hours early. They more than made up for it by returning at the proper time with newly prepared food. Not to mention complimentary cookies and a cupcake in honor of Valentine's Day. And the food was fantastic! Love this place.

This restaurant never has eggplant parmagiana especially after 5pm although they say they have it on their menu. Do not ever order eggplant parmagiana or you will receive a call saying that they don't have it!!

Ordered the Mediterranean salad Small very ordinary salad and extremely overpriced - over $16 ! Should be priced no more than $ 7 at best.

This was hands down the worst experience I have had on SeamlessWeb thus far. My delivery took 1.5 hours to get to my apartment. It arrived cold! Do not order the NY Strip Steak wrap unless you want chunks of bloody meat that are halfway seared!! This was disgusting!! The tortilla was soggy with blood!!! Absolutely disgusting!! Stay away from this restaurant!! I cannot give it 0 stars otherwise I would :(

Order was late by over an hour over estimate, despite a 5 block walk to deliver it. Calls and emails to the restaurant to complain were not even acknowledged or returned. Poor service and zero care for customers combined with less than average food make it a restaurant to avoid.

We ordered the black bean salad and we got white beans instead. DO NOT order the "Autumn Cookie Bag" - for $6, you get 4 cookies, which taste like they've been in the washer. They're mushy and bland. They managed to get the steamed veggies right, but come on. All in all, not worth the money.

Delivery took over an hour, and it ended up being only half of the actual order. Literally the side dish was missing, and the lemon looked reused.
