Meatballs are pretty average, no real flavor or spice. Definitely does not compare to The Meatball Shop, though the price is nearly the same. Delivery, across town, was fast, so no complaints there. Got 1 turkey and 2 regular meatballs in a bowl w/ gnocchi.

very good turkey meatballs and sauce. delivery was prompt but the lid was not securely on one container and the sauce spilled into bottom of the bag. but otherwise, good stuff.

Delivery time says 15-30 minutes, but it was over an hour before the food arrived. My lunch break was over by the time the delivery many called and I couldn't even pick up the meal. Super disappointing. Called the restaurant and they said the delivery went out 20-30 minutes earlier--that's supposed to make me feel godo that my meal is 30 minutes in the delivery bag? Regardless, it was another 20+ minutes before it arrived. The delivery man said he had called "like 6 or 10 times, but I didn't pick up". Not true--called once and I answered first ring. Disappointing, Meatball Obsession.

Brutal... advertised 15-30 min and I'm still waiting 80 minutes for the food. Girl on phone was rude and told me to call Seamless for a refund if I had a problem. Good luck with your business Meatball - I'm def not impressed or obsessed.

Ordered a sandwich and was told it was not available when I went to pick up the order, so they gave me the bowl. Was also told that the dry pasta which I ordered wasn't available. When I asked for another grain, I was told I had to pay an extra two dollars for ravioli. What terrible customer service, they didn't have a single thing I ordered, and had the nerve to charge me for a substitution. The meatball was very average tasting, and small for the price they charge. The bread was cold and tasted stale. I will not be ordering from here again.

Really loved this place- delivery arrived at the time it was expected but towards the later side of the estimate. I ordered the beef meatball in a pocket and one by itself to sample both. Both choices were great, the pocket was delicious but definitely had less sauce than the once that comes in the cup. Unfortunately they ran out of the topping that I wanted but called me immediately and were very friendly and polite. I will definitely order from here again.
