Food is fine, but delivery took forever. I did not receive the confirmation email for over 30 minutes. I called the listed number, but it went to voicemail. I was about to call Seamless and complain when the confirmation email finally went through. Delivery came only 5 minutes later, but the total time of 45 minutes for a lox and bagel is ridiculous. Go with a place that checks for Seamless orders more regularly.

I want to start by saying that I LOVE the food at Mocha Bagels. Some of the best bagel and smoked salmon I've had in the city. The banana smoothie is great and everything I've ordered up until today has arrived without problem. However, today I had to deal with Mocha directly and it was a nightmare. My bagel arrived without smoked salmon. No big deal, I just followed the instructions on Seamless' website and called Mocha Bagels. The man on the phone was difficult to understand and there was a lot of confusion on their end over what had happened. I was put on hold for several minutes and then was hung up on (by mistake, I'd assume). I called back and the person on the other phone had no idea what I was talking about so I had to explain it all over again. He said he'd send a new one, but an hour later still no salmon. I called back, more confusion, the new bagel hadn't left the store yet, so I told them to cancel. The man on the line began to yell at me, but to his credit he quickly apologized and offered to send me a bagel tomorrow. All in all, it was very disappointing that I wouldn't get my bagel and lox and that I had just waited in my apartment for two hours when I could have just gone out and had less of a problem.
