Food arrived on time, however they just completely ignored my request for spicy sauce and extra ginger (in the notes section). Also, I could'nt take more than 3 spoons of the "hot & sour" soup as it tasted like duck sauce, unless of couse my tastebuds deceived me. Oy Mr. B, disappointment is all I can say. I hope you do better next time and avoid substituting soup for a chinese sause. Thank you.

Mr. Broadway Kosher gets 1 star due to their unbelievably long delivery time (1 hour 30 mins - particularly shocking since I placed the order at 10 o'clock in the morning - well before the lunch rush) and their horrible customer service. After explaining it had been 1.5 hours, even to the manager, there was no remorse or offer to remedy the situation. There are too many other kosher restaurants in midtown to deal with such crappy service.

So, I sort of assumed that matzoh ball soup would have chicken in it, maybe some veggies? The soup I got was a subpar matzoh, tossed into a cup of Campbell's chicken noodle, with ZERO chicken and literally ONE lonesome shave of carrot about the size and thickness of my pinky nail. Food was late, the strudel was eh. I guess my search for late night kosher must go on.

Look, if you're kosher and you need a meat delivery on the West Side of Manhattan with a low minimum, you're going to order from Mr. Broadway and get decent food. If you're not kosher, don't bother - plenty of other places have better prices. The menu varies in quality - I love their Chinese food and chicken soup but they messed up shwarma somehow. Also the sides are WAY too expensive. But for a meat meal deliveried to my apartment, the burger or garlic- bread steak sandwich will do in a pinch.

Late delivery (90 mins), puny & dry deli sandwich, only one packet of mustard. Will not order again. In midtown Manhattan, stick to Sarge's or Kosher Deluxe for good traditional deli.

Because of where I work, very few kosher delivery options are available- and this is one of the best. They certainly have the fastest delivery time as the food comes usually sooner than promised. They have great menu options- and the food is pretty good. Nothing super flavorful, but always tasty and consistent. It's a little pricey but sometimes worth the extra $$

The food here is very good. It's also one of the cheaper kosher restaurants available on seamless web in my area. The appetizer portion of ribs is more than enough for a meal with a side of some kind. My one complaint is that once, after ordering food, the delivery man made a comment that my apartment was a long way from the restaurant. I felt that if it was such a problem then the restaurant shouldn't advertise as delivering to my area!

The good: Mr. Broadway has a large selection of chinese, fast food, israeli style, and more. They are the best in delivery both timewise, and its free. The food is tasty and and the portions are very fair. The bad: The customer service I would rate half a star at best, they never respond to emails, and they dont seem to be interested in helping you, if something went wrong. The food is not always as fresh, and sometimes you can taste it. And the prices are higher than most kosher fast food restaurants. Overall I give them a 2 and a half.

Good old-school Kosher place with many traditional and tasty sandwiches and dishes. A bit pricey though. Overall, good food and good service.

The food is excellent, but too often they get the order wrong. Having said that, they will always make good on getting the order right, Having said that!, it's ridiculous that you should have to wait the extra time to get what you ordered.

Food is good. Delivery is usually in the time they say. An overstuffed sandwich has less meat than most place's regular sandwiches. BUT they NEVER ever give extra anything, no extra dressing or anything of the sort, they give you a container the size of your thumb's nail.

Food is ok but delivery guy complains EVERY TIME about delivering to my address and asks for MORE TIP then I put on the seamless order despite the fact that I tip more than 10%. Don't offer to deliver downtown and then complain when you get here.
