the bagel itself was good but the sandwich as a whole lousy. It hardly had any lobster salad in it It was dry and pretty yasteless except for black pepper It used to be one of my favorites to order but never again

They are usually 15-30 min after delivery time and there is always something wrong with the order. But at the right time of day, these bagels beat every other bagel in the city.

I am never ordering from this place ever again. It took 2 hours and 20 minutes and then my bagel was hard as rock. I couldn't even eat it. I used to love this place, but they must have given me a bagel from last week or something.

Awful - took forever to get here, bagels weren't toasted (we asked for double toasted).

My order confirmation came through at 9:35a, but when I called at 11:05a, I was told that my order hadn't left the restaurant. FAIL. The awful customer service and general don't-give-a-crap attitude trumps the deliciousness of their bagels.

Great New York bagels, poor delivery. Especially in New York when I can have a cooked meal at my doorstep in under 30. I ordered the second Murrays opened thinking I could beat the crowd and reduce the estimated delivery time (75 minutes). Promptly after placing the order, I called in to request a rush order. Still took roughly 70 minutes to receive and I live 5 blocks from Murray's. They're delivery team is understaffed (2 dudes on ground in the morning which you would think would be peak time for bagels). That said, stellar Scottish Salmon with capers and red onion on a cream cheese bagel. If you have all day, this is the best bagel spot in Greenwich Village. 5 stars for the bagels, minus 1 for the terrible delivery.

murrays has the BEST bagels in NYC - you must order the whole wheat everything with one of their specialty cream cheeses.

Everything about Murray's is incredible. I've had just about everything on their menu (both in store and with delivery), and I love it all! I'm from Long Island originally, so I'm extremely critical of NYC bagels and Murray's is my go-to place. I would recommend the standard bagel with cream cheese and lox, or a simple bagel with white-fish salad.

I wanted to give them a chance. I wanted to believe. Believe in a world where when an order for delivery was placed, it would be fulfilled within an hours time. Murray's Bagels broke this dream, time and time again, and this is why I am rating them 2/5 stars– their only redeeming factor being their underrated Pizza Bagel.

They left out 4 bottles of water and a cup of coffee from my order and never refunded. Bagels are ALWAYS hard. I've given up and will never order from Murray's again.

Pretty good but overrated and overpriced. Try the lesser-known Bagels on the Square at Carmine & 6th Ave.

Delivery estimate was 30-45 minutes. 1 hour after I placed an order they called telling me they were out of bialis. Its fine to run out of Bialias, its not fine to fulfill orders 20minutes after they should have been delivered. --- 02/09 UPDATE --- I tried them again, because I do love their bagels and fish. However the staff's incompetence showed itself again. I ordered a onion bagel with sable and cream cheese (a $13 sandwich) and they delivered HALF A PIZZA BAGEL. When I called, the girl argued with me, insisting that I was not looking at a pizza bagel and was in fact looking at a bagel with sabel. Eventually they reluctantly agreed to give me a refund. Dont waste your time with their delivery service.

If you don't mind waiting an hour and a half for a bagel sandwich, then order from Murray's. The sandwich was decent, but I can't justify that kind of time line.
