Nanoosh

I'm not a huge fan of baked falafel (prefer deep fried), but Nanoosh does a good job of making a little healthier taste a little better.

These guys have good food but they are a USELESS representative of Seamless Web. I dont know how many times me or my colleagues have ordered via Seamless web and Nanoosh screws up the delivery. Either the order never gets delivered, or they continually get lost or in the case of tonight, they somehow sent it to a completely wrong address, which they apparently had in their system, and NOT what I had told them . They need to get themselves sorted out.

Food was okay, but they didn't provide the amount of pita with the hummus as advertised, and they left out the beverage that I paid for. I called them and asked that they either deliver my beverage or deduct the price of my beverage from my credit card. They said that they couldn't do either option - but they could credit me for a beverage from my next order. Next order?! This was the first time I ordered from Nanoosh and it will be my last. There's no excuse for poor customer service.

Very disappointed! I usually love the food from Nanoosh. Maybe it was because it had taken them just over 2 hours to deliver my lunch (ordered at 1.28pm and only got it at 3.36pm - and that was after calling them 3 times). My order of Hummas Nanoosh (my favourite) was freezing cold, the Lentil Soup as just warm and the side was also just tepid. I was told on the phone that the food went out at 2.54pm and the guy had 10 deliveries so no wonder it was cold some 37 minutes later. I was told I could have a credit against another order (no idea how I access it) but by this time I was just so hungry and frustrated that I am not sure if I will - but if I do I will pick it up myself.

One of the best deliveries I've ever received on SeamlessWeb! The lentil soup was thick and flavorful and arrived HOT. The hummus was creamy and fresh, and the portion was so big I could have easily shared it with someone (not that I would have). The pitas had obviously come straight out of the oven before arriving at my door, and once again, Nanoosh did not skimp on the portion--two pitas were more than enough. I ended my meal with the cinnamon raisin rice pudding and wished I had had room to finish it. Hands down one of the best meals I've had in NYC, and combined with the fast delivery, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Fresh and delicious! The salads are always seasoned expertly. The Nanoosh wrap is great. Love this place.

My order has been mixed up a few times, but I still LOVE Nanoosh. I lived in the Middle East for over a year and this is hands down the best Middle Eastern food I have found in NYC.

Food came in about 45 minutes. The Hummus and Falafel platter was litterally that - hummus and falefel, nothing else. The hummus was bland, the falafel was bland and baked (not crispy) The platter came with 1 pita. I chose this restaurant because Moshiko Falafel was closed - if I had a choice I go back to Moshiko. The food and delivery was OK, not great.

Took FOREVER to get food. 60+ minutes. I called to check on it and then was put on hold for a few minutes. It was my first time ordering from them-not happy :(

Great neighborhood restaurant but I've never encountered such RUDE people serving/ on the telephone. They told me they didn't get my order when they clearly have. Absolutely NOT worth it! SO RUDE!!!!

They advertise that 2 pitas come with the humus platters, but they actually only come with 1. If you call to follow-up, you get attitude that the menu on Seamless is incorrect. It's false advertising and not what I paid for. They also forgot the pickles and olives I requested in my order.
